The key is to make the direction of the flow - the path of least resistance in die casting - coincide with adding structural reinforcement along the load path. Expressed differently, those "river flow delta" structures we see will ideally serve a dual purpose of both A) making die casting easier by not eating away at the tonnage budget of the giga press, but also B) serving as structural reinforcement along the load path of the vehicle when in operation. For example, the load points of the suspension is clearly a critical load bearing component on a car, and ideally you harness the load bearing qualities of these delta structures in addition to their original purpose of making the casting process more efficient.

If you cast the entire frame, how do you make accident repairs? Does the car just become disposable with any minor frame damage?

Is there a video in your archives which gives examples of energy conservation and alternative energy production and utilization in Tesla Factories?

I didn't even think about that until the last clip but unlike a gas car you can safely drive an electric vehicle over dry grass fields without having to worry about starting a wildfire. It would just need to be a cybertruck because all the other models don't have enough ground clearance to drive offroad on anything but the carefully selected field in the clip.

Does this also means that repairs become impossible or very expensive? One minor accident and your car is totaled? Which would mean your cheap car isn't that cheap in the long run?
