Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Joe Biden's "crazy SOB" remark showed why the Kremlin felt that for Russia, Biden would be a preferable future US president to Donald Trump.
"We are ready to work with any president. But I believe that for us, Biden is a more preferable president for Russia, and judging by what he has just said, I am absolutely right," Putin told state television, with a slight smile.
The Russian president said earlier this month that he preferred Biden to Trump as America's president because Biden was "more experienced" and "predictable."

Putin is very intelligent he isn’t going to let what Biden said even remotely affect him. They laugh at the US because of Biden we are a laughing stock to the world especially to Russia. Although the Russians are very nice to Americans when you visit. That's the problem. You're not looking at why he says this betond trolling. Oil was $40 a barrel. There was no way Putin could sustain a siege on Ukraine. But with Bidens predictable moves, oil is $100 a barrel. This helps sustain the war effort. And since Europe and the non NATO countries arent on electric whomever they get oil and gas from, they are paying more. This is what he means. Biden keeps America tottering on the brink while not only enriching himself, his benefactors and the us military industrial complex but he's also unwittingly enriched Russias military industrial complex.

For those who don't understand, the interviewer asked Putin a couple days before this "Who would be the better President? Biden or Trump" - Putin answers: "We will work with any president, but for Russia? Biden" - you would initially think he chose Biden because he thought Biden was more competent, a strong leader etc. But he added "For Russia?". Biden insults him days after. And in this interview he basically says "Do you see why I picked Biden?" - not because he thinks Biden is a good leader, but because he is incompetent, and a weaker U.S. President is very beneficial for Russia. Very clever way of disrespecting the democracy of the United States.

I don't necessarily think that was the intended thing to get from here, not at all. His relationship with Trump is much better than his relationship with Biden and he'd probably prefer the first one, plus he'd actually get to keep something from a war that he started (Trump said that NATO would have to give something in order to end the war, so Russia might actually get to keep Crimea). By saying that he prefers Biden he's butchering his opportunities to stay as president, as most Americans hate Putin for legitimate reasons. This gives Trump more fuel during his campaign and he'll definitely use this to confront Biden. Think about it: If he actually wanted Biden to stay, he wouldn't have sided with him in front of the American press. That'd be just stupid. That's why his response is so absolutely brilliant. This guy is always one step ahead.
