Officer incharge of evm machine is voting on behalf of voters in bulk. When voters are pressing on Congress symbol then the buttons are not functioning. Later officers are pressing on lotus symbol in bulk. They are paid by bjp. Indian voters in the villages are not educated how to vote in evm mechine.

Congress came to powe 2004 to 2014 through EVM, Karnataka, kerala , Bengal, Telungana, Andhra pradesh, Himachal pradesh, punjab, Delhi all these states ruled by non BJP government and all these government were come to power through EVM. Whenever you fail then you complaint EVM.
