Every time I hear Patrick speak I'm absolutely captivated. He is such a kind, honest and gentle soul with a powerful presence. The two Norries have an amazing skill of discussing difficult topics , which are easier to listen to by balancing a sense of humour, empathy and compassion. This is my favourite interview to date. Well done 💪

Been through a lot that young lad, I think having the basis of a good early childhood, boxing, enjoying school ect. I'd say that helped pull him back,

Well done Patrick, fantastic podcast lads, really honest conversation about sometimes hard to tackle topics. I came through similar myself and only one year left to get my BA. Keep going Patrick and reach your full potential, best of luck.

Great to hear you speak Patrick great podcast too guys ❤ the E's, there was nothing like that feeling when you are licking your eyebrows having a full blown heart felt conversation with the fridge at 5 am in the morning 😂 probably the one and only time people like us were ever comfortable speaking about love and feelings. How far have we all come? Best of luck in college Patrick and look forward to meeting you properly some day 💙👍

Thanks again James & Timmy, fantastic podcast. Great listening to Patrick's story an amazing turn around, and yep anyone can turn there lives around given the chance to. Loved the humor aswell lads the Es back in the gaff🤪 good times before addiction took hold, if there wasn't I would have stopped when I was a teenager and saved myself years of mental and emotional torture. Already looking forward to next week's podcast🙏
