To be fair, as a Utd fan and a Ronaldo fan, I do see why he would have done the interview aside from wanting away with the club. If you think about it, since arriving he has had nothing but criticism even when he was our top scorer last year. Gary Neville even said on Monday night football that we need him to talk and tell us his own view. This interview was him doing exactly that.

The problem I have with this interview is his handle of criticism. He is 37 and still acts like a 12 year old when anybody criticizes him. Ronaldo is a very arrogant person, that benefits him on the pitch for breaking records but ultimately makes him somewhat unsympathetic. He also didn‘t write Benzema when he won the Ballon D‘or because he is very bitter too...
