On the same price range, I will always prefer 1965 over Old Monk.. 1965 is the real deal!! But i will always appreciate old monk, the cult is big, the legacy will never be outmatched .. during our younger years while drinking old monk we have always sarcastically said “Old monk was first brewed on the hills by an actual monk bcos living in the monastery was so boring “

Guys, adding ice(or heating for that matter) changes the taste of liquor to a great extent. Try taste testing without ice for the first sip at least.

It is all depend on your taste. Best rums are Zacapa xo, Brugal coleccion, flor de cana 25, bacardi reserva limitada, Diplomatico ambassador, Plantation extra.

Old Monk XXX is winner. At 440/- in Delhi this is best. Chocolate, vanilla and honey flavour. Extremely smooth. Kai bar to lagta hai chashni pee raha hu. But it has artificial flavours. Nice video 👍👍

Bacardi Black one of the best quality rum.Cola flavour notes and rich also. Second i prefer Old monk smooth and sweet.

45ml of Old Monk rum with 10ml of 🍋lime 45 ml of bindu jeera juice and 30ml of plain soda pinch of salt and ice cube . Makes a good drink

You should have to try pluton bay. Pluton Bay is spicy, dark brown exotic rum, smoother than any other. It's a promise of a million cheers for true lovers of quality rum.

Huge mistake by the crew...not accept by rum lovers😄😄. Crew provide old smuggler scotch whiskey instead of old smuggler rum.. Even they didn't see on the label of botel... How.. Even I see the seeing the bottle and color like it's a whiskey.... Hey man editor please highlight this mistakes in editing....😄😄😄

I haven't tasted Gladius however, there are some cities and districts in India where Old Monk is not available easily so they drink Captain Morgan and Sikkim.

They should have started this video with the King "Old monk " .. Please rectify the pronounciation of old mank to 👉 old monk, also use the correct Glasses and tumblers to drink the beverages. By the way nothing can beat a rum or whiskey from Army canteen 🤗 ... nice video really enjoyed. Cheers🍻
