Lexi has a sweet spirit. Even when she wasn't feeling well, she still had such a sweet and gentle way about her.

Poor kiddo. Ear infections stink. I used to get ear infections all the time growing up. Ear plugs when I was swimming and bathing were a Godsend and made all the difference in the world for me…keeping moisture out changed the number of ear infections I got drastically. I love your family and I appreciate the positive, God-honoring, family friendly content.

Alyssa & John-HUGE advantage for counter space! A microwave that is installed inside the lower cabinets, just below the counter. It pulls out and you put items down in it instrad of forward motion. My parents did this when they redid their kitchen about 12yrs ago & they love having that extra space. And you can use that area above your stove for another stove, shelves, etc. I love their microwave!

Glad Lexi is feeling better! When my kiddos were young, they had lots of ear infections in the summer time from swimming. Our pediatrician recommended using the following home remedy after each swim. 4 parts rubbing alcohol to 1 part white vinegar. I mixed a large amount and stored in a plastic bottle. I would put 4-5 drops in each ear after swimming and hair washing. No more ear infections.

So sad seeing Lexi in pain! I got my first ear infection ever a couple years ago at 18 years old and let me tell you it was PAINFUL, she’s so brave!

As a child I was an avid swimmer and constantly was plagued with ear infections. You may want to explore whether or not she has swimmers ear. The only thing that helped when swimming was ear plugs.

I love the prayers!!! I always did that with my kid’s and now with my grandson’s 💙💙💙

“Swim ear” drops keep the ears dry. Even as an adult I use them every time I’m in the water.

poor baby!🥺 I used to get ear infections constantly when I was younger - they're miserable! something my parents used to do when i would get ear infections was ear candling. it's hard to explain it but it basically is a way to draw out ear wax. I always loved getting it done - it was so soothing for me.

Just FYI, the most recent recommendations for ear infections (according to a friend who is a physician) is to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen for pain for 2-3 days first, and only use antibiotics if it doesn't resolve. So maybe next time you don't need to rush to the doctor.

Lexi looks so much like her daddy. But they are all such beautiful children and precious family.

My oldest had ear infections all the time when he was little. The weird thing about him was he never ran fever, acted like nothing was wrong, ate normally, played normally acted normally. I would get him to the doctor for a checkup or vaccination they would look in his ears and he would have a raging ear infection in both ears they would be red and have puss pockets. They let me look one time. Needless to say he had antibiotics and it took forever to get his vaccinations.

Oh no! Ear infections can really hurt. I know my kids used to get swimmers ear it was just awful. So glad your little one is better. ❤️

Hello. Poor Lexi, my daughter was prone to ear infections when she was little. Its the worse pain. I love that Lexi's birthday is the same as my son's. Pray that she feels better soon. God bless you all.

It might be swimmers ear. I use a swimmers ear preventative after my kids swim to keep this from happening. 😔

Mommy of 8 tip: there is an ear massage you can do to help the ears drain. I do this as soon as someone starts complaining of their ear hurting. (Usually secondary like after a virus or cold has gone through the family). Chiropractor adjustments helps too. Hope this helps you sometime! Also we use colonial silver and haven’t have to take any of our kids to the doctor for being sick in 8 years!

Chiropractor! I saw lots of amazing result with kids who had repetitive ear problems when I worked for a chiropractor. Had my own severe issue with ear infection once! Chiropractic saved me from being admitted to a hospital and never had ear infections after that. I was prone to many, many ear infections in my early years.

I used to get ear infections all the time in the summer from so much swimming. Mom had me lay on my side and put drops of warm olive oil in my ears after swimming. I don't know why/how, but that worked!!!
