Boros didnt run out of energy because of his meteoric burst mode he put all his energy into roaring star collapsing canon and when it got hit back at him he didny have any left to regenerate but theorically he couldve tanked any number of punches as long as he had energy

Haven’t finished the video but Vaccine Man should be on this list. A lot of people forgot about him because he was literally the first Villian introduced but he legit destroyed almost a whole city with one attack similar to homeless emperors energy balls and on top of that was a monster with a second form so he was definitely physically superior to Homeless Emperor with a strong theory he’s an apostle of God himself.
