What the fuck is going on with us? Surly Steidten has a right back gem up his sleeve better than KWP? Also Kilman would never be more than 15m if he wasn’t English… We seem to be linked with loads of players we were previously linked prior to Steidten (David, Abraham, Sessegnam, El Nasri)… not going to lie but I’m a little concerned

I hope this doesn't happen, Downes was immense last season and with the injury to Alvarez ...surely Downes has earned a chance ...plus ....sorry, kust dont personally rate Kyle Walker Peters... i dont think he is that good, a pretty average rightback imho.....think there are much better rightback options out there, id be pretty disappointed and underwhelmed if we got KWP

I know what you mean re Downes. I really rate him tbh. But I think it’s down to whether he can be a first team starter for us. My feeling is he’ll go to Southampton and be a key player for them

First ....the overrated and overvalued average Kilman and now the equally underwhelming Kyle Walker Peters ... wow we really are scraping at the bottom of the "Crap player" Barrel... are we sure Moyes has actually left? Both of these are the kinda crap player Moyes would go for ....tonally underwhelming and disappointing....talk about the more things change the more they stay the same ...can only hope both transfers fail... Kilman is overvalued at even 25 million....NO THANKS to both !!

@cravenmoorehead8 no, I'm not a fan of either Coufal or Zouma .... but Wolves want 45 million for a bang average defender who isn't worth 25 million and sorry but I think KWP Is a crap defender,, the point being that we can do better than Zouma, Coufal, Kilman and KWP ... these are not quality progressive signings, this is Average replacing Average

@elysium1977 I agree that 45m is too much but it's because he's English and their captain (plus they've been in FFP shit). I'd be surprised if we end up paying that. We do need CB's who are PL proven and who can we get for 30m? I think you'll be surprised by KWP. If he's crap for us then I will come on here and 100% apologise but he's decent. I think Klopp was looking at him but obviously he's moved on now.
