As a Pole I'm surprised that you picked Stadion Miejski in Wrocław. In my opinion is the most boring stadium from all build for UERO 12. If you like conservative looking stadiums you should check Stadion Śląski in Chorzów. It is recently renewed stadium with big history for Polish football. Until Stadion Narodowy was built Stadion Śląski in Chorzów was home stadium of Poland National Team

Glanmore's Gap in the North Stand of the Millennium Stadium is because it backs onto the Cardiff Arm's Park Stadium. To make it 3 tiers all the way around it would mean demolishing the Arm's Park and Cardiff RFC and the Cardiff Blues Rugby teams having to find a new home ground. Overall though the Millennium is a brilliant stadium right in the middle of the city centre (literally 2 mins walk from the Central Train Station), one of the best stadiums in the world, let alone Europe

In Greece the Olympic Stadium is expensive AF but indeed, boring, because it's massive and you don't get to feel the "warmth" of a more tight one. Currently 2 of the 3 biggest teams built their own, new stadiums which are perfect.
