I brave the depths of mud, muck, sludge, stank, and scum filled swamp with leeches, frogs, beavers, mink, muskrats, ducks, geese, and monster mosquitoes topped with lily pads, duckweed, grasses to test my ability to survive in some of the toughest conditions imaginable! Let's survive on the swamp, not just in it. Be careful, there are Zombeavers!

It is pretty sad and annoying that every bushcrafting youtuber has to go out of their way to make it clear that the trees they're using were already dead in order to appease the whiny babies who don't understand that trees grow back.

It's the unfortunate reality. Or you get negative comments, and YT will literally dump your video. Survival (or really, just being healthy, competitive, successful) isn't a very popular notion in this communist directed environment.

Really enjoy how you make the most out of the property, I'm sure it's a bit easier being closer to home. Appreciate anything you make for us, and in my opinion it's really sad that so many "fans" get upset that you have sponsors and occasionally make a different kind of video. I found your channel through the cabin build and I'm typically more interested in your brother's content as a homesteader DIY'er myself. With that being said I have watched all of your videos as I do have a passion for the outdoors. Whatever you're doing you make it entertaining and it's enjoyable. True fans are here for your personality above anything else and are happy to see that you can gain some benefit by taking some time to speak about and feature your sponsors.

Watching you use trapping wire reminded me of growing up on a farm in the 1960's. We used bailing wire to fix almost everything. It was the duct tape / para cord of the era. "fence pliers" could cut, streatch, twist, and hammer. It would do anything needed with fence staples also.

Chris I’m glad you’re back. KZfaq didn’t notify me of new videos until the plastic cabinet video the other day. Now I’m catching up. Some videos I hate the constant commentary BUT your videos work well with the informative comments and talking. Not a criticism but what harm do the Redwing Blackbirds do? I’m not saying don’t kill them, I’m asking for gaining knowledge. I love when they arrive here in Idaho because it means spring is here but I understand removing invasive species. We have the collared doves and starlings in large numbers. I rarely see native doves anymore.
