I'm surprised with what happened with this piece. the factory usually puts out quality products. a lot of people blaming the sculptor/commissioner...i'm not sure that's fair.

Awesome review! Saw this statue while I was in Vegas and was blown away by it. Never got to see it up close though. It was behind glass so couldn't really get a good look at it. Your video cleared that up. I still think the concept of it is absolutely amazing though.

Rarely see it in other video reviews (specially those that got free statues from a company) and bcause of that i dont watch anyone reviews anymore and this is the first after a year and you didnt disappoint. Time was not wasted. Keep the good work and i see you have done many statues reviews but still dont have many sub,...i just subbed. Love these custom artists--but damn, that was a great review! Two things: #1) in spite of it, I believe you would still be able to sell the piece for a decent price if you wanted to; and #2) your consistency in delivering fair, balanced, and honest reviews is what makes your fan base trust you, and return to your channel again and again for your expertise. Keep up the excellent work! Don't take it just from me; I'm sure "that's what she said" too. ( ;-D )

A bit confused... is this final product different from the renderings used to sell the statue concept initially? Some of the criticisms seem to suggest that fairly obvious things, such as musculature and textures, are new.

Nice reviews, keep it up! If you didn't get back at least 1/4 of the price back you should blast the producer within your custom group. This was not a qaulity piece in most areas.

I think since this is Jim Lee inspired, that would be why there is no blood. Jim drew it in X-men 25 with no blood, almost like it was coming out of his pores.

Have to ask, how big was the box (and one or two boxes) that shipping was $500? Cuz damn. I deal with XM and Prime 1 statues where the shipping is maybe half that for monster statues.

Why is it so crazy expensive for shipping these? I dont collect but I have quite a few guitars and amps that I've had shipped to me and it never cost anything like this, sometimes it would even be free if I spend over a certain amount, and none of my guitars have ever come damaged and the wood of certain pieces can be quite fragile... just wondering, someone let me know please

I've got this one and I actually really like it. But I cant display it because the magneto will not fit into the base at all.... I also notice that your wolverine sits back and higher than mine. The right foot is actually resting on the metal pillar on mine. Im so frustrated with how this turned out because this was at the top of my list for pieces I wanted made.

whats with this whole PC nonsense, if something is shit then say its shit, when a statue reviewer sugar coats their opinion and tries to make a statue seem not as bad as it really is than a fellow collector watching might get the wrong idea and end up spending their hard earned money on a piece that when they get it ends up being complete shit, im not necessarily saying that's what you did here in this video because you were quite clear that this statue has a ton a problems in nearly every aspect of the piece, im just saying in general its best to call it how it is, tbh this actually looks pretty damn cool at the distance you have the camera set up from except for the overly jacked up Magneto, but when you do the close ups that really shows how flawed this piece is. Its unfortunate because like you said the concept is really awesome, but this has got to be the worst executed custom piece ive ever seen
