Adidas have just released the Predator 30, an ode to the history of the iconic franchise with a beautiful presentation box and a first peek at the next generation Predator - including that iconic foldover tongue. Except on quality. My 13yr old had the highest line of Predator a few years ago and the sole fell off in 4 months. Adidas told me it was normal west and tear and offered no replacement or even partial credit. Last pair of adidas we will buy. So Yes, you will let people down. At least they were only $250 though.

Man we need some boots design like these making a return. It’s just so awesome to see such a design like this in 2023/2024.. people would go crazy if we had tiempos returning to leather,the proper return of the adipure,the return of the t90 laser line or Hypervenom phantom

Really haven't considered buying any preds since the days of the X and AdiPower, but if this is a sign of what is to come this year and moving forward I'll definitely have to get a pair or two! Nice touch launching the Pred 30 in this way. Lots of nods to original preds while including new tech in a tasteful way. Very excited for the 2024 main release!

Love them. worn predators since the LZ1. stopped at the instinct and have worn those ever since. so, this would be my first time wearing a boot with a fold over tongue. excited to get them and hopefully they drop a decent colorway for the mass produced version!

Yeah the AG studs Adidas use are not safe. The studs need to be round not triangles with flat edges.

This boots looks like how a predator should look, they lost their way in the mid 2000s and 2010’s models, but the since the Dragon Skin release in 2020 they seem to remember the boots purpose, aesthetically and functionally.

no boots will top the 2005-2007 preds, quality, comfort and style. It's sad I never bought a load of them, because they were and are the last pair of boots I owned and still use, but they're worn out as all heck.

They do look nice but not sure yet if they will be replacing my accuracy.1 and accuracy.+ I use. Especially the white/green version, I love that colour way. But I’ll wait a few months. As much as I like laceless boots I’d prob get these in the laces with tongue just for the nostalgia. In Australia we can get these for $480 if you get your number picked from the pre order. But surely the + model would stay at $440 and laces at $330. $480 I’m sure is because of this special edition. Oh that’s AUD obviously.

Not a fan of a synthetic upper for a predator but knowing adidas I’m sure it’ll feel nice and pingy without feeling too thin. I’ll be skipping these because I just picked up the 2019 red manias from a reseller but it’s good to see preds back on the menu. Wouldn’t mind seeing them incorporate there copa synthetic leather into the pred line to bring back that plush feel.

AdiPower was the first president without a long tongue, great boots btw underrated in the history of predators.. the mania rubber elements on the new boots and tongue is awesome with the accelerator-like stripes is amazing. Also I’m pretty sure one of the mania sample boots(never released)had rubber elements on the tongue xan anyone confirm?

Do these boots have a classic U- throat construction? You showed the fold over tongue but it wasn't clear to me if the tongue went all the way to the bottom of the boot. I absolutely hate the one piece upper construction of most modern boots.
