That zig zaggy pattern was the style in the 90s...and the outfit he's wearing was an air jordan outfit that matched the Jordan 7 Bordeaux's from 1992.

Yes, the Dream Team is the best team ever assembled. THe chemistry, the sheer love of the game, and their obvious talent shone through in every moment of the Olympics. THey were HONORED and HUMBLED to be a part of that team. Every team afterword wasn't the same, some feel that they were just going through the ropes. Some may have more talent, I'd say the chemistry will be better and more enjoyable to watch than just talent.

That's the difference from today..."sheer love of the game"...Not for the money ( because they didn't make much compared to today). Not for the fame (they didn't even recognize Stockton). Quite simply, for the sheer love of basketball.

There's actually a video of Magic and Bird passing highlights. It's called "10 Minutes of Larry Bird and Magic Johnson dropping dimes for the USA Dream Team" and it's by Javier BF. I know they're both older on the Dream Team, but some of the highlights give you an idea of what a team with Bird and Magic would look like.

If you watch the 50th NBA anniversary behind the scenes (rare footage) you can see Larry and Ewing joking around. Also there is a touching one with Larry, Magic and Bill Russell. And how Unstead was pick on (good naturedly) by Wilt and Bill Russell. Bob Cousy tells Bill Sharmen he didn't know how to pass. Funny wonderful stuff! I'd watch it if you want.

The 1992 team was why the NBA has so many foreign players today, those kids were inspired by them as the Dream Team made the world experience high level basketball and built fans. Like Luca Doncic does not play in the NBA without this team.

Clyde in the 90's wasn't underrated back then he got the credit he deserved. However today he's not talked about in tons of convo's cause tons of Lebron fans love to debate who's the goat and Clyde isn't in that convo. The way the NBA is today I see tons of fans that have their goat in the league playing now, they rip apart past players like they weren't great as if their goat then seems better by default.

Dream team 2 will never live up to bringing basketball to the rest of the world. They showed the world and Russia that they still had a long way to go to achieve the greatness that is American basketball. That the gold Russia got was just a consolation prize cuz they barely beat some teenagers. Dream team 2 is good but the world wasn't bitting its nails at seeing legends take on the world in such a dominating fashion.

15:33 Drexler was not underated, he was OVERSHADOWED by Jordan. The Blazers went to the Finals two out of three years and lost both to a dominating team in the Pistons and a would be dynastic team in the Bulls. The Pistons made the Finals three years in a row winning two straight. If it were not for a bonehead play by Isiah, the Pistons may have gone to four straight Finals. The 88 Finals may have been taken away from the Pistons by the ref and Isiah's ankle injury. Jordan dominated in his matchup against Drexler when they met in the Finals. Clyde put up numbers but it was similar to when Shaq played against Olajawon when he put up good numbers but got swept by Hakeem and the Rockets. The Blazers still won two games, which is a testament to how good a team they were.
