Very nice home, I like the floorplan, it looks very spacious! Only thing I would add is a patio door in the dinette, a door on the side in the den to access the attached garage, and move the master bath shower faucet to the opposite wall. Nice home. I like it has a coat closet. My only dislike is that the square sinks, which are neat, take up too much counter space. I would put in only one in the guest bathroom.

Very nice. In an ideal world aka my dream world 😂, I'd have an integrated oven with the microwave and an induction hob without knobs. We can't get down to a low oven because of back issues, pair of old crocks 😅. But very nice home

Very nice. I lived in a trailer for 20 years. Things I didn’t like was mice ate through the sheet rock and got into the walls. Not insulated well, utilities bills were high. Need to heat wrap pipes under trailer if living in cold weather. Had numerous busted pipes in house. Had to install shut off valves on every water line, water heater included.

The floor plan is pretty nice, but the bedrooms are a little tight. I'm not sure I want to move the washer if the water heater goes out. But my biggest peave is who puts in wood beam and accents, wood floor that doesn't match, cabinets not even in the same family of color, and a countertop that matches none of the above. I know we get to choose, but it really would put the focus on if the floor plan works when things blend better. Very distracting. But great price for a nice home.

Great video! Excellent price for the house. Do I love everything about it no but I'm sure they would work with a buyer. I do have a question. I want to downsize to a one level home like this in the next 2 to 4 years. What's the best way to start the process? Talking to Manufactures and asking where they are delivering the most of their homes to? I thought buying the land first would be the most important. Got love the area first I think.

I would suggest finding the land you want and make sure that you can put a modular or manufactured home on that land. Then talk with the dealer you want to work with. They will come to the property and look at it and they can assist in finding homes that you like and will work with the land and how you would like to have the home sit on the land. Like where the doors will be and garage and so on.

Not trying to be "woke", cause I am far from it, but yes I got complaints, and talked to by KZfaq and had to change or get banned. I know others still use master, but are probably not a watch list.

I would say with this floor plan instead of the den you could get it as 4 bed.
