My son bought a refrigerator, stove and washer and dryer from Lowes to be delivered and set up. Not only did they forget ALL the connection parts but they didn't have any racks for the stove oven. When they called Lowes they told him he would have to call LG directly that they did not handle it. He ended up driving an hour to store in Clarksville, TN and paid for connections. It took him over a month to get the racks. Lowes has really gone downhill.

We bought a big gas grill from Lowe's for a family event & my husband paid to have it delivered, we lived about 45 miles away. The box was undamaged, but we found the lid had a big piece broken off of a back corner, near the hinge. They refused to bring a replacement & take the damaged one back. They said we could bring the damaged lid in & they'd exchange it. When he got to the store, no one would help him & they were just standing around talking. They pointed towards the back & said he could just find what he needed & bring it back to the service desk, then they'd process the exchange. That was almost 20 yrs ago & no one from our family has stepped into a Lowe's since.

Interesting video. I love seeing your interaction with your animals. Wise decision you made about Ghostface's broken leg. I have found that veterinarians won't think outside the box at times. I had a similar situation where a vet could not see a solution other than putting an animal down. Years ago, my wife and I had a very cute, long-haired kitten. Kitten was quite young, maybe 10 or 12 weeks old. We came home one day to find the kitten could not hold its head up any longer. We took the kitten to the vet and were told the kitten must have fallen on its head during play. The kitten had torn off the tendons that attach to the kittens skull, which allow it to look up and hold its head in an upright position. I asked about surgery to reattach the tendons, but the vet did not think it would work. I asked about a brace to hold the kittens head up, but that was also dismissed. The vet thought the kitten should be put down. The kitten did not show any signs of being in pain. It still ate and drank. I decided to bring the kitten back home and made a neck brace that would hold its head in a natural upright position. I took a empty toilet paper roll, cut it down in length to fit the kitten. I padded it well and secured the homemade brace around the kittens neck. Long story short, the tendons reattached as the kitten healed. Kitten grew into an awesome cat with no sign of the injury. Sometimes, you just have to take a chance !

Replace a 9 month old dishwasher. So I ended up calling the warranty department. After a year. They sent me a gift card and I was able to buy any dishwasher of my choice. Went with a kitchen aide, I absolutely love it. Will never buy from lowes again!

I was researching LG washers and found there are a bunch of unhappy LG customers. According to what I saw, LG quality seems to have gone the way of Boeing’s management, buying chit quality parts for the lowest price, no matter what problems they cause and lasting less than a year before they broke. Apparently this is the new trend in appliance manufacturing, bad parts junked together into one very high priced POS. Best of luck in getting this right.

I haven't been too happy with Lowes, myself. Had a variety of lumber and other building materials scheduled for a deliver and when I did receive it, it turned out the order had sat outside overnight at their facility and it had stormed. While the lumber was for a deck project, some of the odd items were not meant for outdoor use and I had to return the water logged items for an exchange. Not to mention the siding I had also ordered was damaged by the banding. I paid them to deliver it, safe and sound, not for me to return it on their behalf. Not one apology, just very curt customer service to get my refund/exchange over with. While those at customer service had nothing to do with the order, a "sorry for the inconvenience" on behalf of the company would have been the least they could do.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s but I am done with them. We’ve been trying to get new double front doors since March of ‘23. Here it is July, 24 & still no doors. The problem has mostly to do with manufacturing defects. We’re waiting for the 5th set now. The 4th set was wrong due to Lowe’s ordering the wrong swing. The 5th came in but was damaged in shipping. So now we’re expecting the second 5th set any day now. The biggest problem out of all this has been communication with Lowe’s. They are devilish hard to get in touch with. After this is finally done, WE are done!

I have had hit and miss with Home Depot and Lowe's over the years. I think it's just whoever you're dealing with at the time as far as Associates go now if I need something I will ask for a manager. Scratch and dent is one thing. Something that had been disassembled and not even completely put back together is a whole other story! That was rather deceptive!!

I got a brand new scratch and dent LG washer and dryer from the auction house for my college kids to put in their house. The same thing happened to me. Lot's noise and banging. After taking some panels off and getting in there and popping the "dent's" out, it worked fine. There is very little tolerance between the drum and the side of the machine. All's well that ends well. We did not have June bugs where I grew up, but we used to catch flies and tie a long human hair to their leg and let them fly around 😃😃

I love Great Pyrenees, and Mojo reminds me of my childhood Great Pyrenees! It looks like he needs his ears cleaned or wiped out.. I remember having to clean my dogs ears every week during the summer. Y'all have Mojo, mine was named Alexander, "the Great Pyrenees!" He had the same demeanor as Mojo. Glad he has such a wonderful home!

Hey guys! Poor Mojo, my big German Shepherd/Husky mix HATES the fireworks! Poor girl around here they start on the 3rd and stop on 5th or 6th. This yr neighbors on all sides went nuts and I'll admit some of them flipped me out, but I had to stay home with her and that big girl only wanted to squeeze herself up under my recliner like she did as a pup lol. So mom (me) had to sit right there. My Yorkie, she was growling and barking like crazy wanting to kill the loud booms😂 crazy how they all are so different. Ya know my son has found a few things at Lowes or Home Depot scratch and dent but he's had all great luck. I have friends that haven't tho.. sending prayers that things Grey better and sweet lil Mojo can stay cool and calm. Take care guys, God Bless y'all🙏🏼❤️

I use to work for Lowe's. They don't dispose the used appliances. They send them to a shop . If they can be fixed, they fix them and resale them. I've gone on many deliveries. I worked in the garden center but when they needed someone to go on a delivery I would go. We have a Lowe's distribution center now 4 miles from my house and we are getting an Amazon distribution center next door to Lowe's distribution center. Here in the Alexandria Louisiana area.

Kevin I know you said you don't need more chickens but I think you should take those extra large eggs and put them in the incubator. Then you might be able to pass those genes down to more chickens, your dogs will be happy receiving larger eggs.

Bummer on the washing machine! The last one I had delivered got a big scratch and dent to the side as they were unloading it, and the company that did the delivery downright told that they weren't allowed to give me a damaged one, because you never know what damage has been done to the inside, and just wanted me to see it for myself. Got my replacement machine right the next day. Hope your issue can be resolved quickly.

Ive had two LG washers and dryers. No problems, they lasted several years past the warrantee. And so quiet! But i bought my first one from Home Depot and just replaced it this year. Their delivery and setup was great. I like LG brand so much i just bought a new fridge and stove (my first new ones!). I have caregivers that use the appliances as I'm not able to anymore and they are all very happy with them. One has gone out and bought a new LG washer herself! Did i say how quiet they are? And the musical alerts instead of raucous alarms at the end of a cycle!

We have PaloVerde Beetles…very interesting large beetle. They crawl out of the ground, from under PaloVerde trees, fly, swarm, mate and die. Do not want that life for sure 😂 your Oak trees are probably the June Bug mating tree!
