Ryu-shin says they must “send monsters to the gy” to make it 1 and protectcode cant be sent because when it revives itself its banished instead. So they had to send terahertz

Last time I play against full board D-Link Bystial. They let me to place my Legendary Ocean. Then I normal summon Kairyu-shin. Bye bye to everything, and the Link-5 cannot negate because Kairyu-shin prevent it from summoning "Borrel" monster, no summon no negate. . I really like this deck because you can play this deck "peacefully". And most important, each monsters in this deck looks very different effect, but somehow they can work together.

You can play kairyushin in swordsoul too. Mo ye, the tokens, chengying and dragite are all water. Pacifis is a good umi for the deck as the token it makes is a wyrm and can add a vanilla wyrm to your hand for swordsoul effects.

What a fun and interesting deck based off an old field spell. Konami certainly won’t make it another floodgate turbo deck, and certainly not something as debilitating as a TCBOO.

I am one of the people who really likes Umi, yes it's a degenerate floodgate, but i like that it has a wincon and a plan rather than simply locking out your opponent. summoning monsters with sea stealth 2 and hiding them with sea stealth 1, by passing monsters with direct attack, omni negate, attack negate and bounce it has bit of everything.

I'm one of those Umi player in a "One Bad Day" scenario. The fact that Umi needs exactly Kairyu-shin and "Umi" to play and are easily outed just by removing either one of those

Yeah, it's unfortunate. Luckily, I made a custom monster that also negates monster and Trap effects that also benefit with attacking twice, if it negates successfully.

GamaSeal is probably the worst addition you made. Sea stealth attack doesn’t work when you get attacked by a water monster….. soooo should have used ANY OTHER Kaiju! Lmao 😅
