I think the thing that bothers me most is listening to the judge say that he doesn't want to jail a former president nor a person that is running for the position again. That really bothers me. Just because he was a president or is running for the position should have zero weight on whether he goes to jail for contempt or fraud. It doesn't matter if someone is black or white, rich or poor, president or simply a resident of the USA if they commit a crime and are found guilty by a jury of their peers they do the time. Position within the society should not matter at all.

I feel the Judge is putting off sending Trump to jail because he is worried about repercussions from MAGA. The problem is that it also is giving Trump a feeling of power which he craves. Can you name the crime that Trump did? So far, no crime has been testified to in court. The federal charges, actually are based on a misdemeanor committed by Cohen, not Trump. The elevation to federal level, requires a secondary federal crime, but what they have named in the charges are not a federal or misdemeanor. So what is wrong with you?

Not sure why $1000 dollars is the maximum fine for the Gag Order. That seems high to someone like me, but for the Rich it is nothing. You are right though, Jailing him would make him a Martyr in the eyes of his people and they would raise a huge violent stink about it. There has to be another recourse to the continued Gag Order Violations. If I was the judge I would start imposing one week of community service on Trump to take place upon the conclusion of the trial or his sentence. How Humiliating to be put into an orange Jumpsuit and vest and be forced to clean up trash alongside the Highway in full view of the public. A president's job is to serve the Public... what a great way to do so.

Why is he getting away with so much criminal stuff? If it was someone else doing what he has done or said, things he has said they would be in jail. SMH!
