Hamilton Morris I believe was a huge draw to Vice, as he was a chemist minded individual breaking down drugs, usage around the world doing extensive documentaries. He had built quite a following and a lot of hippy-like people I knew watched his content religiously. Vice had these flamboyant, different, talented and quirky enough to stand out personalities, as well as big risk takers. Tye woke shit definitely killed my taste and interest in them, especially up to 2020 and after 2016 elections. It was a nonstop slant against Trump and the like. I just got sick of it.

What Tim says about KZfaq and Vice makes perfect sense when it comes to understanding why KZfaq pushed TYT for as long as they did. TYT was the #1 "news" channel pushed by KZfaq for years. That changed though when the adpolcolypse occurred and KZfaq bent to big corporations and started pushing CNN, NBC, MSNBC, and FOX. I don't know which is worse...

It's so bad I can never type a news event and get a non sponsored/promoted news source. I literally couldn't find coverage from Tim or anybody else unless I went to his channel or just heavily scrolled my "recommended" feed and came across it randomly or through the side tab of a "related video". Sucks when you cannot intentionally search for things effectively anymore. KZfaq was my escape from the corporate press and 2020/2021 was the peak of it being the worst.

Vice's spiraling to its demise was when Disney gained partial ownership. From a viewers standpoint i remember witnessing the tone, delivery, message and wording immediately changed. That was the moment i unfollwed them and never looked back. I dipped in from time to time to witness how they developed there after and observed a compromised manufactured medium that faded away from what made it so unique in the beginning.

Tim : "but my mom is Korean" that's the wrong argument, because it is playing into the notion of "You should get your position based on your skin color", he's just defending it with "but i'm not entirely white". Instead, he should have argued with "why does my skin color matter?"
@cosette999
@cosette999 Жыл бұрын
That would be great if the argument worked for people who are perceived as white. When you argue that skin color shouldn’t matter and you are perceived as white it is automatically labeled as white supremacy to shut you up for calling out the hypocrisy. The elites, who are predominantly white, fear the white race the most because they question the elites, challenge their edicts and refuse their placations. What better way to maintain power than to get rid of those who will not be submissive or buy into the lies?

Honestly, I have always known about Vice but I’ve never specifically gone to them for content, I’d just click on it through KZfaq anyway. Makes perfect sense. Also, Vice used to be the shit, for YEARS. I worked with them for 8 years through a marketing agency and they were the rad anti establishment, no holds barred, unapologetic content n journalism. They went from that to radical woke propaganda n sell outs. All the epic people I knew are ALL GONE. And that’s a decent number of people, at least 30-40 people. They all left once things started to get woke. It’s so sad cuz I always really loved them and what they stood for. It’s a sad reality now and I don’t pay any attention to them anymore.

Vice was actually right wing which on rare occasions covered issues related to environmental issues. The real reason why Vice fell was because of MeToo. Learning about more of Tim's backstory and reasoning, I see even more why I was drawn to him for information. I dropped out of high school early in the 10th grade to go to work with very similar thoughts as Tim. I got my contractor's license when I was 21, the youngest age a person could legally become a contractor in the State I was in. After 20 years of running my own business, I concluded that there would be no good future for me or my children in the trades any longer due to illegal immigration (I had workers who now live in homeless shelters because they couldn't survive on the money the illegals would work for because the illegals live with 11 other people in a one bedroom apartment and get welfare for all their children), so I went back to school and graduated university with magna cum laude distiction in a discipline comprised of very smart people. Regardless, I recognize Tim's influence and commitment to truth, while calling out blatant lies and propaganda, is extremely important for humanity at this pivotal time.

Yeah BUT also remember Tim Pool and others can not tell all the truth, just some, that IS allowed, IF they told the truth, they would not have a social media presence. “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticise,” hmm the question is who is George Soros? who is Zelensky? hmm Another example go look at the huge list of those from Israel who are American business people in media and the CEO of Disney etc then you start to come to the realisation hmm maybe just maybe the "woke" agenda was the same agenda they have done to other nations in the past such as the once Christian nation of Russia turning it into their credo in 1917 and their "woke" agenda on the Russians during the Bolshevik revolution. Another example of this group this one person is responsible for the greatest mass deletion in the 20th century about 10 million Genrikh Yagoda, they have an agenda and we are not part of it, they are at war with us.

Yes. . . Sharing one bedroom with 11 other people -- that's the "glorious" socialist future the WEF and their minions want to comdemn us to. . . but they THEMSELVES want to continue to live like Alissa Heinerscheid of Bud Light -- they want THEIR families to stay in their 7.8 million dollar homes in Manhattan and San Diego and Denver. The Soviet-style pod-tenements are what they want for the rest of us. There's an old Soviet movie, "The Irony of Fate, or Enjoy Your Bath" where a drunk guy accidentally goes "home" to the wrong apartment building. His key fits, the furniture inside is like his own, the refrigerator holds the same sparse food. He climbs into bed and falls asleep, not realizing he's in some random woman's apartment, until she comes home to find some random guy asleep in her bed.

He said a whole bunch of nothing. I thought he was going to explain why Vice failed. This idea that it did because of diversity hires is a problematic narrative. I’m sure you know the adjective I’m gonna go with. Starts with a R. The notion that any one race is better than another is delusional and R. So I used to attend MIPCOM in Cannes where Vice would showcase, when the company started to blow, they created a lot of hype too. I’ve also shot a doc for them and I am good friends with one of the co-founders. Truth is they don’t release game changing content anymore. And the landscape on KZfaq is competitive. More over, VICE and Buzzfeed failed because they didn’t diversify their income like every smart platform. Anyone that solely relies on advertisers, Adsense , and third party income (*i.e. the HBO , CNN deal) doesn’t understand the social media space. Especially after ad’apocalypse in 2017. Hence why vogue has the vogue club (a members subscription platform) and a subscription for vogue articles. Companies like these also use their platforms as leverage for secret revenue streams no one would guess. Mr. Beast, Logan Paul, they all understand this. You must use your audience to sell your own products if you want to dominate the business of social media. The problem with a bureaucratic platforms is they are slow to move. This go woke for broke narrative is delusional. Woke companies are the richest. They control the media and business space. Right wing media can only monetize domestically. Woke companies enter the global market space and therefore are always gonna be 100x richer. Fox News isn’t consumed outside America. CNN is in almost every single country. And trust me I’ve been around the world.
