I hated reaching out, and I've still gotten nothing back. I gave them 2 weeks to sign and return the forms which take 15 minutes to complete. Crickets! I'm not contacting him. It's a control thing...they hate that I left refusing to put up with them. My staff who died was a beautiful human being. I tried to help her, but HR refused to allow it. It killed me when I got the call from her dad. They have karma to deal with...but I can get around them without the signatures. Plus, he's married with grandkids and a nice family. He's angry that I left but he was just my boss. I learned so much but it all went downhill. It's better this way...
