Hi This is not a smoked meat, it's a roasted meat,slow cook. I try it ,tender meat , but not related to smoke meat. Good luck

i went there and wow it was just like a circus ohhhh i loved it! they gave me a taste test when i tried it was a little hot but then it was really good and i ate the whole meat! (im like a lion going crazy on meat)
