I love shimoneta, but it is very sad to think that the reality they presented in the show is slowly becoming our reality (in a less wacky way of course...i mean, sometimes...). I love this show, not just because of what it says about the obvious topic but because it manages to also say things about the nature of extreme subversive political movements that are worth pointing out yet are hard to fit into any more normal show's plot. As with Haruhi Suzumiya, bit of a shame they couldn't get any further with the anime adaptation. [Appended: Also, due to my living situation there are some minor problems to buying and watching with subtitles, so I cherish that the VAs available were willing to dub it.]
