Such as laying on their backs and just hooking bit of cat food out of the bowl to their mouths! They literally could not be bothered to stand! 🤣 😂

Cats take their time and my cats sleep all day, get up to eat and go back to bed, they don't prefer life as a high energy dog. :)

ah ah the competition part ... all hell broke loose, but you can tell these cats and dogs live in a good place, because they are so relaxed in general. no actual fighting, because they know they always have more food!

Cats are usually very polite eaters. They usually will not steal other cats food. They are polite enough to wait for another cat to stop eating, before they look at the bowl that cat was eating from.

Funny vid, thank you. I only have a cat myself, but as far as I can see the biggest difference is that cats really make sure to bite their food into smaller pieces and dogs naturally just kindoff swallow down as much as they can. Which makes total sense since cats eat a lot of small meals per day so they don't mind as much to miss out on 1 bite. Dogs however are build to eat a huge meal in one go and take their time digesting. I believe wolves eat maybe twice a week only. But the meals they do have are huge. But, in fairness, in comnparisment to the size of the animal, dog treats are much smaller.

I love how they all have healthy appetite s 😋 Huskies are notorious for going on hunger strikes. At least I experienced this. My Kitty was finicky. I would find myself worrying constantly about their health. So I would say " All are winners"

If I did this with our pets, it would depend on what I'm using as treats. My cat takes her time with treats and chews her food, but she always opens her mouth as wide as possible when she eats to take bigger bites. If I give our dog a piece of meat scraps or old bread soaked in some meat juice, he basically breathes it in with the bare minimum amount of chewing, but he will spend a full two minutes chewing a single slice of apple or watermelon

I would give the race to the puppies, but style and elegance to the cats.
