Thank you very much for amazingly informative video. For my info: 0:40 relieving posture. 1:10 correct position to lie down. 1:45 inhalation and exhalation. 2:34 smelling oils like eucalyptus oils a bit to reduce inflammation in airways. 3:50 Yoga asanas to do when normal to prevent breathlessness..4:14 4:26 asanas. 4:38 Pranayaama. 5:30, 6:14 diets 7:19 milk should be diluted and can also add turmeric/black pepper. 8:04 cut refined salt and sugars etc. 8:45 most Important - RELAX MIND.9:31 asanas when fully relaxed. 9:59 Meditate 10:28.

O.M.G. I've had terrible shortness of breath this week, would wake up multiple times at night gasping for air. This is the first video I found and I know there's no better one. Such a healthy and complex approach. Thank you so much!

Needed this video badly. I have been experiencing shallow breathing since a month. I have even stopped going out alone. As I get easily anxious and experience shallow breathing. I will follow all these techniques from today itself. Thank you Ma'am for changing my life from today 🙏

Mam I am suffering from seasonal asthma and I got trigger in April month.from past three year I suffer breathlessness in this month .but this year I am following ur tips ,yoga and all these remedy which u suggest .now my asthma is in control and my breathing is so easy.thanku so much MAa for making my life easy and beautiful..I m so much inspired from u and wants to follow u and the way u help people ,I also want to help them in future ..you have such a great soul.. I started doing ALL of these on my own when I started experiencing shortness of breath except the yogasans. Glad to find that I am on the right track and surprised that how I knew these things on my own.

I also do this all yoga but one day sudden my chest got pain and breathlessness and i was stuck for 30 second after that i slowly started to inhale after dat I got relief fron pain, but still I use to do yoga but now I stopped to do yoga for fear

I found this video helpful. Several years ago I became short of breath and found out it was because I had gastric reflux (GERD) although I had no other symptoms. I was put on an antacid medication for a short time and the problem resolved. That is just something to keep in mind.

When there is a persistent cough, breath with your opened nostrils and exhale with your mouth. This is what I learnt by myself from this asthma 😀

This was more helpful than my visit to the emergency room last night I was literally sent home - thank you - to prevent from even depending on the healthcare system - don’t get me wrong the healthcare system is helpful at times but my experience last night and the past two weeks has not been good- I would just rather not eat so my body can heal itself and start back over with the fruits and vegetables
