@@franksmith8210 it kinda depends on how much gas you're buying. When you start filling up 40 to 50 gallons at a shot, driving a mile down the road makes sense.
@franksmith82102 жыл бұрын
You’re looking at around a $5-$6 difference, when you drive 4 miles out of the way and 4 miles back you can say that’s 1/4 to 1/2 a galleon at $4.50 a galleon. So you’re saving what, .50c to $1.5 and easing your time and wear and tear on brakes and tires. No it’s really not worth it.

I spend a lot of the time cutting grass and then re-cutting it just to make sure it's done right, then you got to clean off the mower, then the garage floor from the mower, time for a rehydration break with a bushhhhhhhhhhh (yes, I make sure I'm hydrated the entire time of this process) then I got to go to the compost, then clean the truck out, you can't put rocks and black dirt mix in with grass clippings, what you think this is.... a portable compost? After I wash the truck out for the final time then I got to wash off the driveway from the dirt and everything. By that time my neighbor stops over to have a beer. Can't be rude. It's hard work being a father and husband.. I just need to kick my feet up and bushhhhh me a beer before bedtime

Oil change day is my favorite day in the garage. Crack open a cold one. Pull the car in. Crack open another one. Jack the car up. Crack open another one. Put a jack stand under it. Crack open another one. Pull the plug and filter. Crack open at least 2 or 3 more, you gotta make sure it all drains out. New oil/filter. Crack another one.
