(I'm turning 30 this year & I was afraid I'm too old to not own a house). Yet, watching you I've realised there are multiple things to consider especially before buying a new project from developer. I've just cancelled my booking for the new project. I even told the agent that I've come to this decision after taking your advices from your videos! 😄 Now, I want to look around for more options before settling down on particular unit. I also want to focus on saving more & build more credit before buying my first home. I'm extremely grateful to you! Thank you for giving these priceless advices for free.

Hi Sean, thanks for sharing this. Whenever I visit a sales gallery and the SA pitches a sale, I always get this inherent sense of “eh is this person for real ah?” When they talk about my ability to afford the purchase. My question is, do they really mean it or is the figure tend to be exaggerated or is sugarcoated to make it seem like I can actually afford the property. Of course on paper yes I technically can afford the monthly payment but it takes off 50% from my earnings. But they insist that it’s well within my reach and “your salary is going to increase anyway by the time u need to start pay” Btw, best of luck with your channel i think it helps a lot of ppl especially first time buyers like me. Thanks for the sharing. I'm actually struggling on the recent booking fee I made on the property. I feel the need to continue shop, but the SA was hard promote their package which makes me to put in my booking fee. Now I need to consider with the 4 P u shared whether to continue with it or not.
