Not to be a Debbie Downer but my daughter expressed an interest in Vegetarianism recently so I was online looking at what’s available. There are papers coming out of Harvard and Oxford Universities that say a plant based diet might not be nutritious if you’re buying store vegetables. Apparently to get the same nutrients from a cabbage as we did in the 1950s, a person would have to eat EIGHT whole cabbages today. That’s because most of our fruit and veg is grown in massive greenhouses and for cheapness, there are very few nutrients in the soil. They recommend; Growing your own in the yard or in pots. Buying only organic and know where the goods are grown. Buying from farmers markets as long as you can trace the farms that the goods come from. We eat very little meat in our house but I’ve only bought organic farm fruit and veg for years. Fortunately I live in a farming area so only ever bought farm meat, I never buy meat or chicken from a supermarket, ever. Good luck sourcing good nutritious plants. With two little children, we all have to be extra careful what we eat. ❤👍🏻

try throwing up in grocery plastic bags if its easier, i did this recently because i was on the toilet and then also had to puke, but it was so easy it just went right into the bag and then i could tie the bag and throw it away
