But right outside the training college we get officers and staff behaving totally against training on how to behave around people filming!! Demonstrates exactly what the cause of the gulf is. Issuing arbitrary directives, deceptively claiming orders are the law, refusing identification, covertly recording then lying about it , all with arrogance and insults to lawful members of the public.

When they tell you "don't go in the building, you can go here, you cant do this....", they are doing two things. 1) trying to make you believe they are an authority and have power over you. 2) Trying to stop you doing something that will cause you a problem. They don't turn their camera on because someone being challenged by the police may be more likely to do something near to 'the edge' if they think no one is watching/recording, so they have more of an excuse to nick you.
