Hello mate, i just watch your intercooler install video and I didn’t see you grinding the front lugs of like the instructions tell you too. This is why the intercooler sits so high. I fitted the same intercooler to mine yesterday. Hope this helps.

After market exhausts never quite fit right on these, they need quite a bit of jigging around to get them right. The factory mounts just aren't a particularly wonderful design. You need to get that spaced downwards from the valance to stop that happening.....I had a tiny bit of that happen with my Milltek but got it sorted. For what it's worth you can probably get away with just a new valance as it's replaceable, assuming it's not melted the bumper too

Ah sorry to see this. Do you need to replace the rear lower trim? Wonder if you can seat the intercooler a touch lower too? Love the car and colour though 😎
