Hi there, quick question, with not pumping at night, do you engorge? I’ve tried to do that but it ultimately ends up in engorgement and clogged milk ducts.

When I stopped nursing overnight I had mastitis and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. My midwife recommended sunflower lecithin which has really helped me. You can get it at target!

Yes I dealt with clogs for a couple weeks but my body eventually got used to it
