Wide grip lat pulldown is useless it doesn't target your lats that much

No hate man at all but we know from the research 8-12 reps isn't a magic rep range. 5-30 reps produces the same hypertrophic benefits and sets done in the 5-10 rep range accumulate the same stimulating reps and MU recruitment without the peripheral/CNS fatigue that higher rep sets do. Drop sets we also know are at BEST equal in gains to straight sets but likely worse. The key to building muscle is mechanical tension not an 8-12 rep range. No disrespect at all just throwing that at ya!
