I think life in india is very convenient with all the quick and online services, but we all forget that it is only possible because a big section of the population is ready to provide those services for a very cheap price, so the india we know is only for upper middle class and rich people India. When you compare the life of a cleaner in India and US/Canada, that is when you realize that how many people are still living in poverty. Here you can find a taxi driver and business owner eating in same restaurant with their family which is beautiful I think and will almost never happen in India. So the convenience is provided at the cost of suppression, but we all love India and happily use those services without thinking of the one providing that.

Hello all, Every coin has two sides. Medical is best in india as they pay they get specialist with medical insurance which you forgot to discuss , even a person can get 5 lakh ka medical free in government hospital without insurance. Even today many foreigners come for medical tourism to India.

Jaise aapne littering, 2 wheeler mei 3 ya jyada logo ka bethna, work life balance, no overtime, washrooms mei safai na hona aur iske alawa bhi bahut kuch. I do not think so woh din kabhi aayega kie jab hamei change dekhne ko milega. Mei UAE mei 4.5 years raha hoo. Per mei UAE or India ko compare nahi kar sakta. UAE mei life kaafi better thi. India mei food and medical facilities better hei.

The highways in India are amazing, this time I was able to reach Dehradun from Delhi in just 4 hours which is simply amazing in comparison to 11 hours earlier. I also travelled on Atal Setu in Mumbai, it has cut down 3 hours to 40 minutes. The development is all over the place. The scale at which India is growing is just TOO GOOD. Every vendor to auto walas, have Pay TM, which is the India we always dreamt of. Just loved this India, the only drawback being huge population, but that’s our asset too!!

Disagree with the following points: Every shop or vendor has a credit card machine in Canada and you can use google wallet in all such places (like UPI). In the last 4 years I have never carried cash and rarely carried my card. Always paid with google wallet in canada. But in India you need to carry cash because there would be some shops that dont have the card machine or paytm option As far as planning meet ups with friends is concerned, I feel we were extremely stuck in the daily grind, bad work life balance and terrible traffic that we used to reach home by 8 pm with no time for any outing on weekdays. But in Canada it is not the case. We can plan any outing in Canada with anyone after office in weekdays. As far as cleanliness of washrooms is concerned, population is not an excuse. If population leads to untidy conditions, population is also a source of enough cheap labour to keep cleanliness. So high population should be a strength but in India it is not.

The social fabric in India will heal by 2100, so after 70-80 years. Modern Indian economy is just 75 years old, you are comparing us with 100 to 200 years old. Electricity was introduced in 1873 in Canada & in 1879 in India. Can you say that electricity connectivity has been similar in these 2 countries?
