thanks sharing the details.. please suggest on my question - during visa process we have to medical examination so in that questions if we answer NO for taking any medication prescribed by doctor and then when travelling can we carry prescribed medicine from doctor, will the airport authority check if medical examination questions and the form they give are same, no mismatch of information provided. please advise

That will be decided by the border force officer whether you can carry that or not and if yes then whether you are liable to pay anything.

On one of our exit journeys from a country, we had a suitcase full of shoes, belts, bags and such... . This suitcase raised suspicion in spite of us telling them they were our personal items, so we had to go trough all of their frisking at 3 AM. After this experience, we have always washed, brushed and sanitised the sole of the shoes if they were leather and carried them with the clothes and other things. So, my suggestion is not to carry one bag full of such stuff to avoid suspicion. We may not have anything illegal in our bags and they may just be innocent shoes, but why create suspicion, given international flights land at weird hours mostly.

It could be categorized under weapon so it will come in first category on the incoming passenger card which involve medicines, steroids, firearms, weapons etc.

No, but if you wear enough gold to the point it restricts your movement due to its weight and you look absolutely pathetically ridiculous, e.g wearing several rings on every finger, 15 necklace chains and a multitude of gold bracelets; looking like an early 2000s rapper gangbanger thug, you WILL be stopped and the gold seized until you prove you don't intend selling it. And if it's worth a certain amount, even for private use, you may get taxed on it.

You can carry appliances but it will add up to your luggage weight. Please check if there are any special conditions for carrying these appliances.
