The plaintiff was 14 when she met the defendant, who was 29 at the time, and they eventually got married. The plaintiff loaned money to the defendant before their wedding, but he failed to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant hasn’t been happy with his wife ever since she read one of Steve Harvey’s books. The defendant argues that what’s hers is his and what’s his is hers, so there’s no merit to this lawsuit.
