The plaintiff claims the defendant is a liar who once left her kids with her for two weeks so she could spend time with a married man. She is suing her former friend for a loan and court costs. The defendant suspects that the plaintiff is obsessed with her.

Exactly!!!! I lent someone money before and have them more than enough time to pay back. Come tax time they got a nice return, yet they still couldn't give me my money back. Then they said that it was tax time, and I shouldn't be asking for the money right then because I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A GOOD RETURN. THE NERVE OF PEOPLE!!! now if I "Lend" money, it's for a good cause and I know not to expect it back.

Well the Judge’s point of the matter is, what if it was $10 or $20? She wouldn’t necessarily need it just because it’s her’s There is a significant difference between need and want? If she needed it like that why lend it out? I wouldn’t sacrifice my own rent for someone else’s that’s not wise at all...
@DarkReapersGrim1
@DarkReapersGrim1 3 жыл бұрын
In this case, the judge wasn't getting her to justify wanting vs needing her money back. He was trying to give her (wise) advice by telling her in the future not to lend out her rent money to other people to borrow. He deduced that she lent out her rent money because she used the word "needed" instead of "wanted." Again, the judge was not getting or forcing her to justify wanting vs needing her money.

People will often "hide" their true character or intent, which makes them suspect to me.In describing her character, it is possible that the deceit, lies, rachet behavior, etc. was revealed as time unfolded. Sometimes his humiliation tactics are unnecessary. It was clear that the defendant owed the plaintiff the funds. Trying to assertain something as baseless as to whether or not the plaintiff "wanted" or "needed" her money did not negate the fact that she was owed it...just that simple. Therefore, referring to her level of understanding as "slow" was just a pointless jab that offered no merit to this case.

The defendant seems really full of herself, saying her friend likes her. Cause she doesn’t drink or isn’t “normal” at the club and looks at people for long amounts of time. When you’re comfortable with someone, looking at each other isn’t that uncomfortable, especially if the person is autistic. If it bothered her so much why be friends for 4 years? Also, when I’m mad, I will gladly stare someone down because when you know they don’t like it, it bothers them.. I thought I was the only one that noticed this. Everybody is making fun of the girl in the purple but the girl with the ponytail clearly took advantage of her then came to court playing innocent. The girl in the purple obviously has developmental issues.

Sometimes it does take years before you know a person’s true colors. Just based off of what I watched, it sounds like she was being used. She had a full-time babysitter and someone paying her rent. I don’t think the girl ever liked her in a sexual way, I feel like she went off And told her friends she had a sugar may

Some of you viewers have the worng perception about Jessica, can't you tell this woman wasn't playing like most of us do ,,,,"singing and dancing" seems to be all that some black folks know too do,,,,We don't hardly know anything about business nor how to handle it ,,that's why we struggle so much,,,, (my people perish for lack of knowledge) read about body lanuage perhaps it may enlighten you why she did what she did.

Smart Safety Techs you’re all in the comments saying the same thing. Her behavior or lack of a specific behavior doesn’t dictate all black people. Chill out with that and stop generalizing or speak from your own poor experiences.

Never loan money to people because once you loan them money, they come to their own warped perception that you don't need it back. You'll lose money and you'll lose a friend.
