Alice was a wonderful booktuber who brought sunshine and joy to our little corner of Booktube. My thoughts go to her family and loved ones.
A couple of years ago, Alice created the Hercule Poirot Mustery Book Tag to celebrate her love of Agatha Christie:
• Hercule Poirot Mystery...

Thank you so much Elisabeth for your lovely tribute to my darling Alice. How thoughtful to take a walk to your library(Alice's favourite walk!) and look for a book in her memory. The Claws mystery is very appropriate for Harry as he is a very sharp cat and Alice often bore the scars from his claws. He is a very sad boy and misses her so much,as we all do. Thank you so much - Jane ,Alice's mum 😻💔😿

I am also someone who never met Alice but loved her content. I especially loved her collaborations with Gemma and Charlie. Their friendship was so joyful to watch. I cried yesterday when I learned of her passing. Even though we never met, I genuinely thought of her as a friend and I am still in shock to think we will never get a new video from her telling us she has way too many books. RIP dearest Alice you will be sorely missed 😢

The thing I dislike most about getting older is that the deaths and sorrows also accumulate. Grief of the moment lessens but it echoes back when I least expect it. Reading Christie to mark Alice's passing is a lovely suggestion.

Unfortunately for my wife and I, we never knew Alice while she lived. I was watching a #BookTrek2024 video...and one of the hosts of the Summer of the Wrath of Trek (or BookTrek)...he mentioned her passing. What has been so heartwarming, is how the community is reading books in memory of her and her impact on the BookTube community.
