"Thirst" is a Groundhog-Day-type comedy, about a man cast into a desert, hoping to quench his thirst for water.

Place hope in your fellow man to give a lending hand. The ones who do will persevere in life.

Pretty sure that’s edible fake sand, made from sugar and crackers, like what they do on themed cakes/normal movie sets. Real soil, no matter how “fresh” is filled with parasites and bacteria and doing multiple takes with it would have been harmful to him.

Interesting film. It makes me think about how people, myself included, might react in a post-apocalyptic landscape where resources, such as water, are scarce, would you bind together and share the little that remained or would you hoard all that you could

A comedy short film very creative, with a surreal story, but also funny, which capture the attention of the public for whole its duration. Very professional the special effects, but a big eulogy (praise) for direction and photography.

Only once in my life somebody has asked my for a sip of a drink I had in my hand. I was going home with takeout from a local hot-dog joint, and I had a trio (drink, hot-dogs, fries combo meal). When they asked I was stunned for a few seconds, a true "blue screen of death" moment lol. I gave them my drink and we went our own ways. I was familiar with the concept being common in different communities, but had never been called to act upon it myself. Definitely one of the best interactions with another human being I have even had.

What an awesome short film.. Well done. Please can i crave your indulgence to show this short film at a youth meeting.. It will be nice to show to youngsters (and of course grown-ups) the importance of being nice to others as much as it is within our power to do so, for we don't know what mess we might be heaping over ourselves when we fail to help others when we actually we are ABLE to.

I love watching films that inspire. I will be going to the IFSS (International Film School in Sydney) next year in Feb. I will be starting out my film career at the age of 38 or 40 once I have finished my studies. Watching this just makes me want it more. Thanks for uploading and creating a piece that isn't over the top trying to cover 50 statement into a six and a half minute short like a lot of the others do. I would hold my head up high if I created this as you should.
