As a jungler (and tbh this doesn't always work since people are not listening all the time) - I find it to be my responsibility in solo queue to always be pinging the location of the jungler. I'll do a normal anonymous ping and then ping "Jungler - Alive", and then 5 seconds later I will ping "Fall back" on the lane where the jungler is heading when all his camps are down. I really do think that communicating these concepts in-game rather than expecting your teammates to understand is the more likely way to win. It's micro-managing, but if it works...

Thank you jungle tracking is something I have always struggled with as a support main and I've always known it was important but never knew how to go about learning. I didn't even know that jungle camps count as 4 cs! I will say that for question 2, option C doesn't work in low elo cuz the jungler will not look away from krugs for even a moment as you get ganked. Every. Damn. Time.

As a jungle main I just want you ADC mains to know, I'm learning wave management just so I can judge what ganks are worth my time so you learning jungle tracking would be greatly appreciated!

Jungling has actually become a lot easier from this channel's videos. I think almost every game is jungle diff. Since I'm low elo (G3), I try to predict where the enemy jg is and alert my team ahead of time where the enemy jg is at. I'll spam ping and type the likely location of the enemy jg. Since my "micro" mostly involves taking camps, I can focus more on macro. When I play top, I tend to focus too much on micro and lose focus on macro.

In most cases, the adc has no idea what to do with the wave and gets killed in a gank. They don't like when support helps to push or freeze wave. Sometimes I feel supports know wave management better than ADCs, especially because they look at map more often. Low Diamond experiance.

For the 2nd scenario i think A is the really right answer Option C is the most optimal but it's a low elo match so you can't really expect what your jg is gonna do

You could say I am intrigued. I really like the option of 3 outcomes, where I am supposed to guess what I would do. It offers great insight.

This is useful for junglers too. If I'm playing jg i'm just gonna ping and type this in chat to my laners just to make sure they won't die the the only gank possible for the enemy jungler.

I rarely get ganked from initial gank oportunities. But the second example where you had to keep track of respawn timings was way better for me I think, because later ganks get me more often.

Man, this channel helped me to improve a lot in this game. Although I already quit playing in the PC and reached Plat ( hardstuck silver for years ) I've been playing now on Wildrift ( Android/IOS ) version of League, I applied all the things that I've learned here and reached Diamond II. I hope you guys will also do a Wildrift version too!

I would have chosen pushing and harassing as the botlane in the example, IF my lane had a significant enough HP advantage and champion advantage. Like some games we do push to the turret at bot, conscious of the fact that the jungler may come. But we only do it if we are certain we win the 2v3 due to significant enough advantages. Like both bot laners are 10% hp no summoners. The enemy jungler isn't ahead enough to be even close to 1v2 us. We might also be levels ahead. And I think doing this is great in like gold elo or below. A lot of junglers in low elo think that a gank will almost always work. So they come in thinking we are overextended. Only for us to turn on him when he is too committed to realize his mistake. And then as an added bonus, often the enemy bot see this, and they imagine the flame they will get if they don't help. So they rush at us after a few seconds of hesitation, and also die. End result is an enemy bot and jungle indefinitely flaming each other, and my lane being 3 kills more fed.

This is really useful ,But SC what abt after the first initial clears, after skirmishes and objective mix everything,' how do u track the jungler then ? I die sadly alot to ganks...

I can typically pick the right option when presented like this but i definitely struggle to identify these things in a real game. I never realized there was so much to watch for in league.

I took option number 1 on the first scenario, take the scuttle, since I TOUGHT Jhin would stay at his tower for the CS, and denying the noc the scuttle and vision it grants But I do understand higher elo players would leave the tower and follow up their junglers now

Uh, no. That Rengar should not assume bot side is tracking Nocturne and camps. As much as it's everyone's job, it's more so the role's job to announce when/where their opponent has gone missing. If Rengar didn't ping danger because he knew Noct would be there, that's on him for treating his allies as good at jg as him. For expecting them to do his job. We expect mid and top to ping enemy missing, same for jg. This is also LoL, where the best mindset to have is that you are on an escort mission with npcs with a response time of the N64 Hey You Pikachu. Laners have waves to manage on top of enemies actively messing with it. Their job is to win lane. And while tracking jg helps, they have much more on their plate with cs than Rengar does afk aa'ing for his gold in Noct's jg. The jg and sup are the macro, the laners are micro. Blame the Lulu for not having vis and pushing from bushes when she should have been covering river for a gank. Blame Rengar for getting frustrated and expecting teammates to read his mind, when we all know matches have players divisions below. Blame them all for not pinging that Noct was alive and "?". But don't blame Aphe when job is to get cs and pressure the enemy, he should be able to trust his support to have vis and his jg to ping. Sincerely, A sup/jg main

No laners do not understand a thing about jungle tracking or listening to pings or reading chat or checking the map, headless chickens is what most summoners are.

As someone that played jg since season 7 and is now a top main, that is the exact reason I’m a top laner now. There is nothing more tilting imo than losing your lead not because of mistakes you’ve made but because of others, I’ve had way to many games where I had instances like Rengars, it’s just not worth to play a role where others can dictate your lead

It all depends on matchup, wave state, high vs low elo, ect. I really hate being bot lane main in b2 but also knowing the game good.

This is a must need for laners to watch. As a jungler I can't tell you how many times I'll warn/ ping laners where the jungler is and they die to ganks then say gabk my lane please to a now 3/0 laner who's fed

It's Alistar and Jhin...that's a tough lane anyways. They should never ever be that aggressive in any scenario, and they were overextending and highly disrespecting that red team bot composition. I do think sometimes when i play Jungle if i doesn't gank at botlane and they like start to toxic and blame jungle when suddenly bot pushing lane too much and then cause hardly to gank bot lane.

My two biggest issues with junglers is when I farm safe and it is not possible for me to push off my turret and the jungler never comes for free kills even after pings. The other thing is when junglers don't do objectives.

I always play for jungle. It is just way to fucking impactful not too. However I hate playing jungle despite being good at it. I can double kill bot and spam ping dragon with bot lane full hp and they’ll push tower for no plates instead. If bot doesn’t help with dragons when there are prime opportunities for a free one, the game is over at 20. I’m just eternally frustrated by playing a team game, without a team. I shouldn’t have to 1v9 every single game to have a chance to win. I wish my 5 man played alot more consistently.

as a jungler main most of the time they blame the jungler. My advice will be mute all your teammates on the chat if they spam ping into your face also mute their ping and focus on your best

Gank 3-6 times pre 15 mins but laners won’t stop feeding. They just throw their leads so hard. Like they have to get a kill by theirselves. Some refuse to ward. Stress

idk an easier trick is to simply use the things that are on each side of your nose, works for me

Maybe he did, maybe he did not, but, if Rengar had the slightest idea about the next whereabouts of Nocturne, hopefully he pinged buttlane & Nocturne to let them know that the jungler will most likely show up there cause of what you did that they might not know, but you still let them know, if they are now not careful, then that's on them, and the team suffers for it. I often ping my teammates to let them know first where is the danger, so that wakes the fuck out of them a bit more, it targets them right away making them the sole concern for the ping, next I also ping where the enemy might be missing from and finally I ping who is actually missing/talking about, so that's 3 ping minimum If you just ping a missing enemy, most likely no one will notice because they are busy chasing, CSing or dodging a skillshot or picking their nose Pings are the easiest fast transmission of crucial and useful information, I often miss it or fail to do it, we all do, but it is truly better than any other explanation, chat or vocal Know and let others know, pay attention and KILL'EM ALL !!!!! XD PS : Never over do or abuse your pings, or people will ignore you/mute you and then the most useful tool becomes the most useless, along with you ;)

my jungle doesn't understand basic jungle path either. so yea

u missed something nice on the start , if u role backed a bit we could see where yasuo was guarding to have a better idea where the jng was starting , when i am not sure about where they started i usualy take the mid as a third example , usualy top protects red, mid lanners protects the pixel entrance on top side , then jng protects bot pixel and bot defend river entrance on drak, But i defend the jungler should be hiding to now show usualy , so this means the mid lanner covers the vision on that situation, so 90% of the times , the first zone the mid lanner coverd at the start usualy is the starting position of the jungler , think this way , if u are starting bot site and u have a feeling u might be invaded or something its better to have 4 guys ready rather than having 3. Doesn't work 100% of the time , but can give u more info that can be usefull

The lulu was too far forward and should have been more paralell to aphelios when they go for a play like that, its not an optimal play, but its lulu’s fault that she died cause she was way too far forward when aphelios kept the distance, also which guns aphelios has access too there matters a lot since gravitum could turn that from terrible to a minor loss

Honestly I'm convinced most of the time it's the laner's fault. Laners have the option of playing passively but never do. And many times perma push and complain about getting ganked by the enemy jg.
