from now on, whenever i showcase a 5th tier upgrade i’ll only use that upgrade so we can really see that specific upgrade’s potential! i’m sorry for not focusing on just the super mines in this video! i just had so much money so i thought why not upgrade to other towers, but from now on we’ll try to focus more on whatever upgrade i’m showcasing! :)

Pro spactory + village tip: keep spamming village abilities to maintain maximum number of spikes on the map at all times. The way spactory works is they have a set amount of time they stay on the map before they expire. Village makes the spactory produce spikes faster. This is more powerful for top or bottom path than it is middle path, but it's still how you should be playing spactory village 100% of the time regardless of which spactory path you choose.

Doesn't the spike storm ability get stronger with attack speed? I could be wrong about that for battles but having a homeland go off before unleashing spike storms is scary

@@valeon7303 yes that's completely accurate. However, next patch they are going to nerf this interaction for spikestorms.

Bolt people send constant blues cause they're glitched at the moment they give more eco than greens and are cheaper. They give 1.5 for 24 but are suppose to give 1.3 Edit: this was fixed in a hot fix today

Was gonna comment this, until its changed to 1.3 send blues til yellows, but even then yellows is only .1 more cash faster sending but its broken yeah

@@tek0113 I've been sending blues till 13 I'll be honest. Allows me to either send a hard rush or defend one with still solid eco.

@@samuelebaggio2438 they are 10% faster but give 9.3% less eco and they cost more. You'll be trading 1000s for a .7% advantage That'd be round 7 you with 578 eco and maybe 1000 saved and me round 7 with 565 eco with 2500

you saw the fortified ddt rush. it was destroyed by super mines . the explosion of it has great radius

@@ajabacan1886 thats true you did see them damage the DDT's but it still wasnt only the super mines doing the damage to them because of the number of other spikes on the track and as i said, you didnt get to see the full strength of the super mines because nothing actually reached them

16:00 the Perma spike isn't actually permanent,I think it's a 4 minute spike lifetime before they start to despawn.you can check on the wiki. Think of it like obyn wall of trees

Yeah "perma" spike just stacks for 3 rounds and lasts up to 5 minutes.

Boltrix, no hate but we didn’t really get a super mines showcase 😕. We only saw what the tower looked like. It would have been a better vid if we seen the power of the super mines and not the carpets of spikes…

We did...the moabs hit the mines even though it was on the other lane. You can also see the explosions.

Super mines price may be high, but once you get them and combine them with a good strategy, nothing gets past them.

Permaspike was actually worth it to get there. It only actually lasts like 3/4 rounds or times out after 5 mins

Boltrix- Makes 20 min video surrounding a specific tower -> me - waits 15 minutes to see build up to tower -> Boltrix - upgrades tower covered by another tower. Boltrix I was so mad 😂😂😂

don't know if you just simply didn't use it because you didn't want to or because the dartling was a secondary tower in this comp or you didn't know about it, but in this version you can set them to target a specific spot instead of following your mouse, so when you drag it around to upgrade or place towers they'll still target the road

Suggestion for early game: powerful darts on the dartling is very good at dealing with eco bloons and you don't need to get any other towers/upgrades until probably round 7 (maybe 5)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think group green is as good anymore I think you should just stick with group blues until round 7 and after round 7 you have the option to send yellows or blacks if you think that you need quite a bit of money to defend send space black if you think you don't need that much money to defend or if it's already passed round 13 send group yellows because group yellows are very good now I recommend you only start send group pinks when you reach 1500/1700+ eco

A little tip for super mines is that you shouldn't stack them, place it in the middle of the map and where it can hit everything, not just stacked in the back. Permaspike in back, super mines in middle and spikestorm everywhere else. So on this map the best spot would've been either beneath striker jones, or beneath the head of the dinosaur on the top right.

I dont think you’re right. Super mines start exploding after some time and the explosion radius is so big it hits half of the map. So it is very good in the back

super mines destroyed all the fortified ddts rush on late rounds because of the explosion radius. not because of the spike storm

This is one of the best maps for super mines because after a certain point super mines are constantly timing out and exploding which deals lots of damage to the front anyway. Blooms don’t even get the chance to reach the back

I did something cool to monkey ace in btd 1 and its cracked like i did it in rainbow ruins and it can pop moabs and the ceramic rush in round 30 i think

I definitely think Spike factory is the best tower for late game. Seems like the only fourth tier tower (with call to arms) that can handle BAD’s even past round 40.

Always get perma spikes. Even tho it’s permanent you can’t get an infinite amount of spikes so some disappear once a lot come out

Actually, heres a tip for getting a t5: do NOT place any other towers. Eco money comes pretty fast, and if you have a high enough amount of money, you may as well not spend it on literally anything else. Even if your opponent sends you a BAD, of a fortified one, its slow enough so that you can afford that t5 at the perfect time. Just hope your opponent doesnt use a bloon boost.
