We're back with another JieShuo GPU from the digital back alley market that is AliExpress, this time in the $200-and-under price range! How bad can a cheap export from Shenzhen gut-punch an RTX 3050? Let's find out!
Stupid but necessary disclaimer:
This card was purchased out-of-pocket with my own money. It obviously isn't a review sample (seriously, look at the subscriber count...) and everything said is a genuine thought.

Really nice video, these budget rebrand RX6600/XT models are incredible values! People truly don't realize just how fast the 6600xt really is... That card actually will compete with the vanilla 3060. The 3050 is massively slower despite often costing more.... Yet more people buy the 3050... Just sad.

The 3050 still is bad value 2nd hand and is barely less than the 3060

And the 3050 will continue to be terrible value until it drops under the $170 price point for new retail...which is the price it should've had all along. In most games, it struggles against the 2060 and gets clowned by the 2060S.

They're just restickered cards from regular board partners, so they're as reliable as those board partners. This 6600XT was a Power Color; the 6700XT was an MSI. Both are still running.

@@thedude-ty4nm Almost all of the RX 580s on AliExpress are RX 580 2048SP models, so they're really more like RX 570s. One of the videos on here is a rundown of the SJS RX 580 2048SP, if you want to check that out.

They're mostly just selling PowerColor and ASRock and MSI cards with some stickers slapped on them, so consider a JieShuo card the same as one of those.

Is this a used card though? There's a warning on the product details for this one saying it's been used for mining. Is it worth spending the extra and getting a new card?

It is used, as was the last JieShuo. However it claims to have a 2yr warranty -- though that seems suspect -- and is definitely covered by the AliExpress 75-day buyer protection, which is more than long enough to give it a thorough shakedown; if it doesn't fail in those first 75 days it probably won't fail for years. Whether it's worth it to buy new instead is a personal call, and probably depends on your market. This one makes the second "JieShuo" card in a row that is absolutely fine and blows away its price competitors, so for my money I'll happily buy them again and again. The local market is the big factor, though: if you live in the States and can buy a 6650XT or 7600 for hardly anything more maybe it isn't as worth it; if you live in Brazil (where about 12% of this channel's views come from) then a new 6600 XT costs the equivalent of over $600USD and dramatically changes the value calculation.
