Cartoon Animator lacks the ability to create characters and objects from within the application. You must use an intermediary application in order to create your own actor.

Which is exactly what I love about the software. This company utilises its resources in to making animation software, not illustration software. By allowing me to use the illustration software I am most comfortable with (CorelDraw and Photoshop), I am not pressured in to using their illustration software which I may not enjoy as much. I for one hope that Cartoon Animator never has its own illustration abilities.

Cartoon Animator just keeps getting bigger and better all the time. Some of the new features that have been added are game changers.

Windows only. 🙁

Plase make the software MAC OS compatible. You will definitively have more users!

Cool stuff. Wish they just did subs. Just a little expensive. I always wanted this. Put this with midjourney and you got a show.

Subs as in subscriptions? NO! Please no! I hope CTA never goes subscription. With a current price of $149US, I dont think this software is overly expensive, considering what you get, plus all the free updates you get in between versions. But you are 100% correct about joining CTA with AI software like Midjourney and you have a powerful combination.

We want to review between Moho vs Cartoon Animator 😼

HHHH Neither of these two software is on the same track

@@luoluo-kx6co Agree. Theye are two very different styles of animation. Both are excellent software, but you couldnt compare them fairly.

They are very different it seems. I'm finding Moho 12.5 to be very technically challenging to learn but necessary for 360 rigs and so on. I might have to use CA5 for doing the bulk of animation because of its ease of use.

@@jamesrosewell9081 In my animation journey, that was the reason I landed on Cartoon Animator. Three words - fast, fun and easy.
