I remember seeing this building being completed in 2018. I absolutely love the location of this building compared to the high density of the rest of Manhattan. It's a stunner! Love the amenities and finishes. I just wish they built them with balconies and terraces.

OMG!😳 That property is breathtaking! I’m shocked at how amazing it truly is!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can you imagine having lived there when everything was shut down due to Covid? It literally gives you the feeling that you’re not even affected by the problems outside those doors. Now that’s when you know you have made it!😀

Hey Jason. You’re seeing in NY what I will never see so thank you. Incredible space and view on entry. Agreed. Lovely staging. Quite quaint and cozy. Hey Alex. Guess they need the 1/2 wall for the choice or kitchen vent or maybe load bearing but would’ve liked.a total open concept. 😂@ the SAT chair. All the bedrooms, primary and en-suites lovely. The views are amazing I’ll agree. Great amenities. No joke. Cigar room/bowling alley/basketball ball/lap pool. Can’t even list them all. Amazing. Thanks so much and see you next video.

at 8:20 you kept going on about the views but you sat down at 8:25 you can see one of the most dangerous projects. youd probably get robbed walking by that place at night. the one next to the housing authority is literally called wild autumn. so much crime on cherry street and the vladeck housing projects are the next street over. at least the hospital is only a block away.

Jason - I love you videos man. But Im from NYC that metal bridge with the trains on two levels you keep calling the Brooklyn bridge is actually the Manhattan Bridge lol. I crossed it everyday to get to my HS Brooklyn Tech. The Stone bridge next to it is the Brooklyn Bridge - but your tours are awesome and when I move to FL I will be reaching out.

Great apt. Btw, the bridge @ 1:49 and @ 10:00 is The Manhatten bridge Not Brooklyn), hence the name of the building/address.

One Manhattan Square is situated near the Manhattan Bridge, not the further south Brooklyn Bridge.

Hey Jason. One Manhattan Square had a defect during construction. The building began to tilt out of alignment. It wasn't as bad as the Millennium Tower in San Francisco; but I hope the engineers corrected it.
