I think the reason they don't do that is to make sure they're getting the exact experience for the PC at stock. Downloading the game to the storage built in guarantees they're not tainting what the exact customer experience would be since a normal person buying a prebuilt is probably not adding an SSD on their own.

I was able to go on Newegg and build something slightly better for about $380 with an Ryzen 4500 and an RX 580. You could even jump up to a 5500 XT for like $40 more or an RX 7600 would only be $60 more than the $500 price point. Edit: I forgot to add storage but it's still about $70 to $80 on top which puts you in the same range, gets you DDR4, PCIe Gen 4 and a better upgrade path.

I've seen the skyview cases a lot on eBay lately. I used the DIYPC version of this case recently and other than the Molex connected fans it wasn't horrible. Some of these companies will 100% buy a review. After leaving a bad review for a soldering station I was contacted by the company and offered a free upgraded version of the station if I would change my review.

My wife does very light use of her PC, I was going to build her a E5v4, 32g ram/motherboard is like $60 on AliExpress, with psu/gpu/fans/case /hd etc I was at $260, they have the rx580 for $50/60 now. Not a horrible offering for a budget build, but I hate these places calling these gaming pc’s. It’s a pc for sure but you can build that for less than $300, some young kid would love that though.

A? Its a powerhog. B? It will not run windows 11. C? There have been repeated issues with hardware showing up from China with spyware loaded into them. Better off just building a cheap AM4 with a 3200g Then you dont need to add a graphics card.

An Ivy Bridge Xeon with lower clock speeds than an i7 3770 and a cut down RX 580... there's just no way. Granted, they didn't say at what resolution. And no, the 580 can pull up to 180 watts. There's something up there.

Just a note, last year I bought a brand new pc from the store for 500$ It was: R5 5500, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz, gtx 1660s. My budget was 500 ofc and 1080p gaming, still playing like 90% games on ultra max no problem, but yea if you know how to look just a little bit, you can always buy a better pc. P.C. i do have an AOC G2 165hz monitor , but still i target at least 60fps, that was also my budget to target 1080p and 60fps. If i can have more great.

I got a pc a few years ago for around 500-600 dollars. It runs super smooth and not laggy at all when playing Fortnite. I keep it at 144 stable, and it doesn't move.

This seller also has 1660ti and 2060 model pc's for around the same price. I would love to see another video comparing the 2060 pc from this seller or even the 4000 series gpu pc's from this seller. They don't seem too bad, but something just isnt' right with their builds.

Is it possible to make a new 2024 low wattage gaming PC on budget? My target games are pretty outdated, which should help make it easier: World of Tanks & World of Warcraft. My system: ASUS g752, Intel i7-6700HQ, Nvidia GTX 980m, 32gb PC4-17000 DDR4 2133mhz, Samsung M.2 2TB 970 EVO PLUS, etc. I don't want a gaming furnace.

I would have loved this for a first pc. I paid $600 like 10 years ago for a I3 3210 dual core and a GTX 950 2 gb with 16gbs of ram. It was a local mom and pop shop I had build it. Told them I had $600 and thats what they built for me. I swear it was such an awesome computer. I was streaming and making youtube videos on it and I was like theres no way anything could be better! Playing Rust, Arma 3, Pubg, Overwatch, and CSGO haha. This thing would have blown it out of the water for $100 less. Man good times. Now I have a Ryzen 7 5800x 3D and RX 6800xt with 32gbs of ram which I upgraded myself from a previous build I did. How times have changed! Even built my girlfriend a computer. Ryzen 5 3600x and RX 6700xt with 16gbs of ram.

I think 1 person bought it and got a 500fps 1time so to convince themselves of getting a good deal they posted the 500fps. they got that 1 time simply because they were happy at that point in time. its still a used or somewhat used PC. many can do far better on there own used build for even abit cheaper.

For Polaris and pre Polaris AMD driver always shows less power usage than it's actually being used. It can show like 50% less than it really is. It shouldn't surprise you if you have been into computers for long time. Even for rdna it's showing less, it's an AMD thing, I never got to the bottom of it, what wattage it's actually showing, I mean where is it measured - which part of the gpu...or it's just wrong made software...or whatever Nvidia on the other side is very close to showing real power draw. Only time I saw Nvidia lie about power draw same as AMD was with RTX 2070 LP edition. That LP should stand for low power, it's not an official release, more like Frankenstein gpu, but working with regular nvidia driver. Never saw that gpu online anywhere, got it through some wierd deal for mining purposes, during the mining craziness. Was showing 70W while actually using double.... Anyways, AMD driver, especially for Polaris and pre Polaris, is showing a lie, 80W while it's actually 120W is normal for Polaris. Gotta use power meter and measure from the wall.

500 fps on low while looking at the ground is not really 500fps this thing chugs and barley keeps 100fps , with decent settings on its around 80-100 fps not very good to be competitive.

And here I am building people custom rigs with Ryzen 5000 and 6700 series cards for $600-$700. If you're wondering how, in my area its not uncommon to find 5600x cpus for 100 or less, boards for 50-60 with 16gigs of dual channel included, and GPUs dirt cheap. Just picked up an MSI Gaming X Trio RX 6800 for $200 for example

@@AlexHusTech Mostly 6700xt and 6750xt. I'm in northwest Ohio, USA. We have a few MicroCenters in the state and they almost always have fantastic in store deals on hardware, especially AMD hardware. So the used market tends to have quite a few AMD cards available

@@AlexHusTech I might pick up an RTX 3070ti Founders Edition for $250 in a couple of days if the guy still has it. I don't know what's been happening lately, but there are a lot of high end RX 6000 series and RTX 3000 series cards going really cheap around here. I'm capitalizing on that with my hobby. I get to play with all kinds of different hardware, make a little money, and give somebody a really good deal on a really good PC. It works really well since I live about an hour and a half away from Micro Center and any nearby stores have the cheapest PC with a gaming capable card at about $1000.
