This is possibly the greatest segment on tone I’ve ever seen, simple and extremely effective. I’ll have to change my approach to picking, but the few hours I’ve tried it have made a huge difference. Awesome video Tim. This is so helpful in achieving that amazingly tasteful sound that is always a hallmark of your playing. Loved the Les Paul too. There's just something almost indefinably special about the sound of these guitars when compared with say a PRS to my ears. Also thanks for the bit on rushing ahead when playing too loud compared with the backing music. I always do this and it is so encouraging that it also happens to a player of your stature.
