In this Josh Talks, Squadron Leader Dipti Kala shares her journey of coming from a household in Haryana to becoming an India Air Force Officer. From a very early age, Dipti was often demeaned for the way she looked. This severely hampered her self-confidence. Taunted by her own family, Dipti knew she had the potential to make it big in life. Being a below-average student, Dipti worked hard in academics and sports and aced as an Indian Air Force Officer. Her journey will inspire all of us to really work hard and never give up in life and never attach our self-worth to the way we look because we are more than our doubts.
