Camo prototype look is cool. I have always got on just fine with a good hair dryer for decals. Heat guns could be disastrous for the uninitiated. I also like the fact that this kit covers the Specialized “You have too much money” decals that come on the top level spec.

Great option! I can't help think these decal kits should be the norm for new bikes with print to order in a few styles and a small premium for design your own. Since colour often is set in stone with most bikes at least it gives an option for buyers. I seem to remember MX bikes you can change/cover the bikes in decals to update/personalise.

A useful video, since I've got a ride wrap box on my workbench with a wrap for my Kenevo, so it's nice to see what I'm in for when installing it, but I'm definitely glad mine is a plain, matte wrap and not that busy pattern, which is definitely not to my taste.

Nice one. You probably know this but adding some soapy water (water with washing up liquid) reaaaalllly helps for any film wrapping project as con slide the wrap a bit for perfect alignment (the water evaporates after a day or so). Might not look as cool and relaxing as a video with bubbly water though...

Ive ordred a turbo levo and thinking about wrapping it myself

Abit OTT for me i like the clear frosted stuff with the art images in them, there smaller bits just enough for that protection but a nice little summit summit coolness added subtle and effective! A whole wrap like this on my brand new bike couldn't do it! I get my new Emtb in the morning it's being delivered i just couldn't imagine sticking all this over it! Each to their own it is still smart just think its excessive amount on down tube

Which reminds me.... the helicopter tape on the frame of my Merida E160 800 needs doing again... mind you, covering up the S Works logo might make it a little bit less desireable to bike thieves... they won't know its an S Works Levo...

yeah, nah... Clear wrap is the way to go! I love the glossy shine of my turbo levo SL... I did add tougher design wrap to the most exposed areas, liek the rear triangle and the belly :)

I don’t mind the look, but I got stressed watching thinking “I could never get that back together”. Question: do you remove the quick release or does it not have them? If so why? (I guess that’s 2 questions)

I love this, really personalises the bike, and the care and deliberation in laying each piece was very calming.

Not sure about that, Ive seen other frame protection with a similar style but not the whole bike frame. Fom a company called Dyedbro . I would of liked to keep some of the bike showing definitely not covering the S Worx logo. Saying that it’s the first step to a complete colour change wrap for cycles. So it’s really interesting 🤘

I’ve always used a water mist to apply a ride wrap. Is the coloured stuff different or is this just another technique

Love the work, wouldn't wrap an S Works myself though lol. You pay A LOT of money for that paint job. I'd go entry bike, spec it out and wrap it. Save a few grand.

Where did you get the wrap to buy?

It bugs me that they nicely fade the white to grey on the seat tube and the one next to it, but someone at Specialized made the conscious decision to mask up the down tube and just go straight from white to grey with no fade - fairly nit picky kind of thing on an otherwise awesome bike but it just irks me a little lol!

It looked good half way through, then it got a bit much lol What’s your front mudguard? Looks good.

Nice job .. but not sure about that wrap. Reminds me of those new car camo wraps they use to hide the real geometry and lines of soon-to-be-released vehicles. It's the kind of "cannot focus, cannot take a picture" of it pattern I am not sure I want to be staring at. That said, I don't stare at my frame while riding, so probably I wouldn't get dizzy and fall off. So as far as my frame is not some weird brown poop-colour, I am OK with whatever..... of course, as far as it is black.

Looks decent, I like it well put together but in my opinion the original looks better both are a dope look 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hey Rob. I love your videos, so I'll start by saying thanks for the time you spend to give us the videos that you do. But I too agree that this wrap is a bit ugly. I REALLY think had it not been just BLACK AND WHITE, it could've been really nice. I can imagine it with a subtle mix of other colors. Maybe next time.
