This brand new K-Max is a Heroine Addict!

11 ай бұрынI paid full prince for this “Flagship” printer from Creality. I bought it 20 minutes after it became available. And they shipped me a heroine addict! It’s leaning to the left and back almost a quarter of an inch! There’s NO WAY I’m going to turn this machine on.
If you go to INSTAGRAM and search for Corlissmedia2.0 you’ll see twenty pictures I took of the unboxing, and all of the crap I discovered and had to deal with in the process.
This machine is proof that Creality does not do any kind of quality control. Lots of people are buying this machine. And lots of them are going to encounter the same bologna I did.

Totally. I sent this k-max back. A replacement should arrive tomorrow. Interestingly, it printed fantastically.

My top glass does not fit either. Video hosted on my channel for creality service. I requested a return..... And they basically said no, not until the techs evaluate it. I have not printed with it yet

@@000elemental000 I'll check out the video. What email address did you send to? Did you send them all of the info they asked for? Pictures don't lie (at least they didn't in the past). Also, post the pictures on Instagram (if you have them),

Is it a shipping issue? It feels like sb put sth heavy and bends the whole case I also have a K1 Max and everything is fine on my end

My first kmax was assembled with an out of square top frame piece. That’s why I sent it back. My second kmax is absolutely perfect. It’s printing great!

I received my K1 last week and the courier delivered it upside down with slight damage on the box with the signs that it was bumped there and there. The fragile sticker was placed on the top, but because the guy was holding the box upside down, it wasn't even visible. Luckily mine didn't have any bent frame. I am not sure what can be done to make these printers courier proof.

Ya that's not really something Creality can control for sure. How's it printing? I'm curious what your bed mesh look like if you input your printer's IP in a browser? I can only see mine that way. It's hidden when you use the "Details" section in Creality Print. My "Auto Leveling" bed mesh was showing my bed more than .5mm out and wavy as hell. Lol

@@ScottyKnows_3D I haven't really had much time to experiment with it yet. I printed a single layer level test and a cube. Single layer print looks good with slight under extrusion at some areas. Test cube was also ok with some signs of under extrusion on top layer. How to check the bed mesh? I tried with the ip but I can't see anything. I double tapped on MAC id in about menu, it also didn't work...

@@anilerkol I know before I updated to the latest firmware I couldn’t see it. After the upgrade the window I already had open from before started working.

@@ScottyKnows_3D Finally I managed to find the url to view the mesh. My offsets are 0.6571 -0.2664, I guess it is not very good... Bed's front edge seems to be higher than its rear edge.

Oh no my dude!!! Mine is coming on Wed and now I feel like it's gonna be like the silicone lottery. Hope @Creality #Creality does right by you man!!

@@corlissmedia2.0 Alright :) Is your print bed completely flat or is it wrapped? Thats one of my biggest concerns if i buy one. (Already had a CR-10 Smart Pro that came out of the box like this)

It happened, I sent it back, they sent me another Kmax, this one rocks! ( so far).
