Thank You! Ahh, the 35mm is no doubt my favourite, it's a portrait, landscape, cityscape, interior all in one, the 50mm has always been a little too narrow for me, even though I love that focal length, it's just nowhere near as diverse. All the best from Poland!

I have mosty 77mm filters. The egde around the glass seems quite big. Do you think a step down is possible? or is there gonna be a strong vignette?

I went with the samyang lineup and i only used it for some studio commercials until a couple days ago and man the 24mm and 50mm vdslr have some proper character on the outside shots, i love it.

I picked up the 25mm crop one - i will use it on my A7IV - once i play with it enough ill prob pick up the 50 ( since i have a Gmaster 35 ) 😂

You don't look a day over 42... New to cine lenses...just picked up the sirui 75 f/1.8 anamorphic for $399...heck why not. This looks like my next purchase once I figure out the tea kettle arse end up with shooting video. Nice video...

If I run this on my fx30 is it simply just applying the crop factor (effectively 52.5 T2.0? I mostly have full frame cameras and dont want to buy apsc version of this.

Thank You! 42 is a fun age, no doubt! I don't mind the breathing too much, and some cinematographers even look for that effect. Zero breathing normally comes at a massive cost, especially on a cine lens at this focal length.

Sure! I handhold it, you need a follow focus, even a cheap one from SmallRig will do, the F40 for example. If you want one step up PDMovie make a LiDAR system that autofocuses Cine lenses.

Hey Phillip, did you have any problems with a green/yellow tint coming from this lens? Some reviews said there was. If so, was it easily fixed in post?

Hi, no, absolutely none that I could sense. It has character, maybe on the warm side, but nothing I find distracting at all.

I only ask because my friend bought it and it had a greenish yellowish cast so he returned it to get a new one only to find out it had the same problem. then someone in the comment section said they had the same issue. Where did you buy yours from amazon? 7artisans website? b and h? wondering if that makes a difference?

I am not sure if they make a Nikon Z version, you'd have to check with them. I use this on my Sony cameras, fantastic lens.

I believe that camera uses the EF mount, don't quote me on that, but if that checks out it won't work with lenses meant for mirrorless because the lens will be too far from the sensor

I've had this lens for a few months... Unfortunately the mount isn't perfect (Nikon Z) but I have to admit that the sharpness and colors are truly extraordinary

No wlasnie, a teraz kazdy tylko oglada innych zycia, zyje czyims zyciem. Wazne robic to co sie kocha, nawet jak przez chwilke to Cie duzo kosztuje. Ja znalazlem swoja idealna prace, mialem dzieci i czulem ze doroslem jak mialem 38 lat. Never too late.

@@PhillipSkraba inspirujące ! W takim razie, życzę sobie bym też osiągnął pewne cele, szybciej, gdyż mam 2 lata mniej niż ty. Ps. Angielski bez wyraźnego polskiego akcentu... Fajnie, właśnie jest to jeden z moich celów. Poznać angielski na tyle by śmiać się z dowcipów, i być mniej rozpoznawalnym w pracy , czy na ulicy 😃 No dobra, zrobiło się za miło. Życzę powodzenia, i do następnego razu, a może kiedyś w realu , w PLN 😏 - kto wie 🤔 🤜🏻🤛🏻
