We are back with a Car Profile! Car Profiles give you the information about the car and where the car currently sits in terms of Balance of Performance. If there is an update to the Balance of Performance or Physics I will do my best to update you in a follow up video or via the website.

Car Profile FAQ;
- Why Maximum RPM and not Maximum Performance on the Fuel Test? This is because not everyone uses bumper so they can't see the rev range. They can however see the Bar and that's why we use that. It also gives you an indication at how good it is at saving fuel because when we go to shortshifting you can see the difference with saving fuel as well as the performance.
- Why are you using Tyre Wear? This is because the official Balance of Performance is done using Fuel and Tyre wear so will be more accurate.
- Why Optimum over Fastest Laps? Because it's easier to get 10 individual best sectors than to get 10 best laps. You could blitz a sector 3 1 lap and a sector 2 the next lap and combined they create the optimum lap and a better picture.
- Why are you doing 10 laps? This is because after that I feel tyre wear and fuel becomes more impactful.
- Why Racing Medium tyres? I use this tyre as it's the "Middle" tyre in racing compounds. I feel the cars should be MOST balanced on this tyre in my opinion
- Why no RAIN Test? a Rain test would not give the full picture because light rain is different to medium and heavy and cars react differently in each of the variations. No test would be the same and so would not be very informative.
- What does the number in brackets mean on the Fuel Tests? This is how much fuel was saved from the FM1 run. The bigger the number the more it saved.

Man, this reminds me how this car doesn't just need work in its performance. The sounds are just so far off the actual car, even the start up is straight from the older Ford GT (Which will always annoy me as someone who loves the car). Anyhow, I'd like to nominate the Nissan GT-R Nismo 18' as the next car. Want to see how it does against its fellow bricks, especially around Bathurst.

Yeah the irl car sounds like droning-buzz with turbo wastegate spools innit…it wasn’t the loudest for sure, but distinctively unique in its own way. Speaking of loud noises, the in-game sound of Porsche RSR is just way too tame compared to the real life counterpart. I understand that the dual rear exit exhaust setup of the RSR isn’t as loud as the center exit ones, but still irl it was louder from what we currently have in GT7.

Currently I’m using the Porsche for the GT3. But when I started on GT7 a few months ago I used to race with the Ferrari, it is a good cornering car, but the speed is not there. Then I changed to the McLaren, and I got my first win with it.

Im definitely in the same boat with you on this car. I want it to be so good because I am a 3.5 Ecoboost fanboy and i love the way it looks. Unfortunately, it understeers so bad, doesn't rotate in slow corners and it just feels really heavy. It's very stable and grippy on exit and good at the top end, kinda. It was actually pretty strong at Catalunya this week in race B for me but not quite as good as the RCZ, R.S.01, R8 and Huracan. I still love it though, they need to give it a little boost for sure, cut some weight and add a little power and it will be a monster.

Damn to me this car is insanely stable. Must be a me problem because I probably aint pushing remotely enough I think brake bias helps this car a lot and another strength to me is that it’s insanely easy on throttle

That was a surprise, I expected it to be maybe 12th overall, you'd think Laguna would suit it too, Ford have the most choice of Gr3 and all not that great in general, including both Gr4 and Gr3 Mustangs that guzzle fuel - get the feeling PD don't like Ford much ? 😂

American cars are never O.P. on GT. It can't be a coincidence... If by accident they become O.P. PD fixes it in an instance.

@@ECOBEAST_SA The issue is that all the Ford GT cars are Lemans cars not GT3 and the Mustang was never a GT3 car either( I don't think), the Gr4 Mustang has been in British GT as GT4 but not sure it was that exact version, like many of the groupings of cars even Gr3 is a mish mash and imo there's too many cars in both Gr3 and 4, irl and represented in ACC there's only about a dozen manufacturers, there's nearly 3 times as many in GT7 including VGT and LM cars that don't belong, this makes it more difficult to BOP, PD make work for themselves.

@@Rapid_GT I agree and disagree with you. There should be more categories to start with. Maybe Legendary GR3 for older cars, Normal GR3 and then Endurance GR3 for like the Ford GTs, Corvette etc. Where I disagree is that the Ford GT and Mustang are difficult to balance on BOP. The Mustang was amazing at the GT7 launch very similar to a Merc Amg. The Ford GT is slower than a normal GT3 car on Le Mans and it doesn't even safe fuel or tyres better than an avg GR3. They just don't like American cars, how long ago did we have an American GR3 in the GTWS finals?

@@ECOBEAST_SA Tbh even though on GTS the Gr4 Mustang was competitive on some combos it wasn't ever competitive in high fuel multiplier races, the Gr3 Mustang on GTS was never op or particularly great in any daily from memory, the other problem with any attempt at BOP is totally destroyed when they apply high tyre or fuel multipliers since the BOP is only based on power and weight ! So what's the point ? This is why we always have an op car one make race most weeks on daily C

@@Rapid_GT The truth brother. This game has so much potential. No one in GR3 would currently choose the old supra, skyline or aston over the new gen models. So it's pointless that they're in the same group. Just create a legendary GR3 group and it'll create some fun racing. We also need even newer generation race cars, bmw is 7 years old for crying out loud. Gr3 Aston is ancient, where's the 720s mclaren? Not even talking about Ferrari, we missed 2 generations, the 458 was a Forza 4 (2011) poster car lmao. Chev C8? New 991 R? Alpine has a possible GR4 (A110). Opel Astra GR3 + Calibra and OPC GR4 would spice things up. Nissan Z GR4 we're waiting. New Audi R8 GR4. 2024 Mustang GR3+4. Bentley GR3? VW Golf 8 GR4? So much potential...

Its weird that the alpha 4c is so bad at tyres at these tests,i became second whith it in a community championship whith 1 hour races and times 5 tyrewear.i foundation it to have good tyre wear.😂😂😂

I'm always up for any new cars, although I want to see the balance sorted in the class for Gr.3 before new ones. Some cars that are in their just aren't usable when they really should be.
