Architect, do they have a parking space for the buyers of the condo. May I know how much and does the price vary if what size the condo one buys? Thanks. Oh by the way, does it flood with the vicinity or it has a drainage facility against flooding?

Ganda. Ung loob tlg ang pinaka binigyan nila ng priority sa design. Near pasay daw oh. Ganda lalo n ung 2 bedrooms. Cash yan. Eh if hulugan magkano aabutin? Not to mention the monthly dues.

Hi, this is a pre-selling project so that means you don't have to pay it in cash. DP which is 20% is spread in 66 months, while the remaining balance of 80% is payable in cash or bank financing!

Meganon? Reminds me sa work ko dati. Architect ang gumawa ng plan pero pinapirma yata ay asawa nya na Interior designer. Nagpresent pa sila ng guideline yata iyon, batas tlg, who can sign the plans. Sayang wala akong kopya eh. Eh dpt nmn tlg kung sino ang gumawa sya ang pipirma.

To answer your question, YES definitely condominiums are good investment specially if you are a business-minded person. You can FLIP it (buy in preselling, sell it before turn-over) and RENT it out (self-liquidated, passive income).
